thanks. one red flag i deal with is tilt. not much positive tilt but more negative tilt especially when the whole team is dead and i need to deal with a full team alone. it’s harsh, but no matter how hard it gets, i forget it is just a game and were here to have fun. and im definitely working on it because i tend to do better relaxed but as usual thanks.

The fact that you recognize it means you have a chance to fix it. You'd be amazed how many people are oblivious to the fact that they're tilt monsters.

Great video! I have talked to players from top comptitive teams and they said that they literally never really have a practice, but scrim as much as possible, that is not to say they dont have pre match and post match discussions to go over what went right/wrong. I was wondering what would be good things to do in practice that would be relevant to matches and NOT a waste of time?

Distorted (captain of Raptors)~ One of the best “practices” a team can do is free roam upcoming important maps with an intellectual individual on one of the top teams, or Theta himself. We did this on multiple maps, the knowledge and strategies we’ve built doing so still help us with those maps today. Good luck with your practices!

Thank you Theta for the great lesson. I’m on my own journey to become a worthy player, and I find myself giving negative comments towards my teammates. I recently broke my cheap stock that I cherish deeply now, and soon I will have another one. Anyways, now I realize how hate bred I am, and how poorly that affects my team. Sorry Top Gun :/

It's alright, dude. No one's perfect, and as long as you're actively working on fixing those kinds of flaws then you're on the right track. Keep your head up.

Hey theta. What’s the best way to find people to join a team? I want to either join a team or make one but I don’t know where to start looking. It would be a finding a team to play with for fun because I have to manage school and work in between playing. Also in you video you mentioned that if someone suddenly can’t show up to a game or scrimmage you may have to find a replacement. How many people do you have on your team?

If it's for fun, just play in some comp lobbies and find people you enjoy playing with. All that matters for casual teams is that you enjoy the time you spend with your teammates, so that's the only criteria you need. To answer your other question, we have 8 people on Tempo.
