    This video was super helpful. In the box, would make a lot more sense to make the QR code for this video instead of directing to messenger which not everyone uses.

    Heavy grinder here. A+ instructions, worked great the first time for taking impressions on both the 3mm and 6mm guards. Going to test drive one of them tonight 🤞

      @kevindoyle1160 Both working great. The 6mm one is being used nightly and hasn't lost its shape or broken apart yet. Very comfortable. Nightguards are supposed to wear down over time and need replacement , but so far, so good.

    Hi, it doesn’t show how to trim the mouthguard, the “how to trim the mouthguard” section just shows the levels at which to trim. So how do you trim it? Is it with scissors? Do you have to put it in hot water first? My scissors can’t get through, so wondering how to do it

    Tried the link in the box. Cannot get through the messenger login but found this video instead which is very helpful. One question: at what water temperature should I put the mouth guard in?

    • @theconfidentalsupport9590
      @theconfidentalsupport9590  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I am sorry to hear that but you can still reach out to us through the Contact Us links in this video if you need help or have any questions. The temperature should be between 160° F - 180° F, then you can submerge your mouthguard.

    Very well-made explicit video - except for one thing - it doesn't say when to bite down after heating the mouthguard. It says "Before you bite down..." and explains about lining it perfectly with your mouth and teeth but then there is an edit break and it proceeds to explain sucking your cheeks against the mouthguard, etc. It didn't say to bite down yet. But I assume it's right at the beginning after making sure it's on straight. ?

    • @theconfidentalsupport9590
      @theconfidentalsupport9590  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      My apologies for the confusion. When the mouthguard is lined up perfectly to your teeth, that is the best time to bite down on your normal occlusion and start massaging your lips and cheeks. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to our 24/7 customer support 🙂

    • @theconfidentalsupport9590
      @theconfidentalsupport9590  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hi there! Our mouthguard can be molded either to your upper or lower teeth. If this is your first time using one, I suggest molding it to your upper teeth. 🙂 If you need help, please do not hesitate to contact us through the links on this video.

    • @theconfidentalsupport9590

      Hi! If your dad has the most of his teeth on upper than lower, then he can mold the guard to his upper teeth. Feel free to contact us using the links above if you need help 🙂

      Yes, and it is normal since you need to bite down when molding your mouth guard. Feel free to reach out to us through the link on this video if you need help. 🙂

    I plan on sleeping with a mouth guard to prevent teeth grinding, do I wear a bottom and top guard or just one?

    • @theconfidentalsupport9590

    • @theconfidentalsupport9590
      @theconfidentalsupport9590  28 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Hello! The 3mm or the clear guard is ideal for first-time users. Meanwhile, the 6mm or opaque guards are for heavy teeth grinders. If it is making you gag because it is too big for you, I suggest trimming the mouthguard's front and inner flap as well as the back ends. You can also reach out to us so we can help and further assist you! 🙂

    How long does a single one of these last? Are they reusable?

    • @theconfidentalsupport9590
      @theconfidentalsupport9590  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Hey! It depends on how much you grind, but you can reuse them as long as they aren't tearing apart. Once they start to tear apart, you should replace them. :)
