This is incredible I was so curious about that. Really hope an official app happens to get that resolution to be best case scenario. Kinda wild there is no lag.

this is a monumental step in the right direction, I am looking forward the future where we will be inmersed in xbox, nintendo, playstation, PC games and streaming games.

@@HenleyBaileyOr grab a PSVR 2 for the same price & play PS5 games natively in big screen while also having access to the console-scale VR games. HL: Alyx *is* amazing though, and well worth playing. But you can grab a much cheaper headset for that.
Thank you for the video. I attempted to play my PS5 on the AVP by mirroring it onto my Mac and utilizing the Remote Play app, but the performance was bad due to extremely low frame rates. I anticipate that your solution will be significantly more effective.
It would be cool if Apple makes VR versions of their vector Dynamic wallpapers.

Considering that needs to be plugged into a controller, it’s probably not gonna look like anything unless DJI specifically makes an app to stream your phone connected to a controller to the Vision Pro. Which they most likely won’t, because they make their own FPV goggles.
Unless DJI makes a macos app or vision pro app via wifi connection or apple allows an ipad/iphone mirror mode which they currently don't it might be best to stow away that hope. You might be able to mirror to a macbook and then mirror that to the Vision Pro but I assume the control latency would be terrible. Try it!

It’s ok but I really hope it gets proper support. Official apps and connecting methods - higher quality, less latency. Full screen is must and would love to to see it in theatre mode. Like a way to connect the ps5 via hdmi to a hub that is then connected to the headset/battey

What do you need to use in order to play PlayStation 5 on the Vision Pro?
Does it give you a headache, because I’ve had a similar experience playing games inside the PSVR2 and it makes me nauseous after 20 minutes or so.
On my AVP solo player games without online component were fine but multiplayer online like mlb the show had too much lag

I think the next AppleTV will enable all of this, connect your PS5 to your Apple TV and it will mirror it to your AVP.

I suggest you to download the PlayStation Remote on the MacBook, then a connection on the PlayStation 5, then the MacBook screen is displayed on the Apple Vision Pro.

probably the one reasonable way to do so is via an Elgato 4K connected to a macbook... Not very elegant but workable for HDMI
That’s what I’m doing with the virtual display on my MacBook and it works great. It’s sharp there’s just a very very small latency
Thanks I been looking for a way to do this and I just set it up the graphic is terrible but still playable. I played gta and I can do everything but the picture quality is bad and the lag is minimal to none

Im using a rift s with my pc and i play using virtual desktop . Im literally in an imax theatre.

But why you can do this with psvr2 no its not just vr games it will do this same thing and way better quality so again if i can do it with psvr2 with better quality why would i pay 6times the price for this if i dont have any intentions on using it for anything else its just more tech that sits on my shelf and doesnt get used like all my other vr headsets. The psvr2 so far has been my favorite, especially with the price point. 😊

I thought that all iPad apps were compatible with Vision Pro. Any reason you didn’t use the official PS Remote play app?
So I think what happened is all iPad apps by default when they are re-compiled will support the Vision Pro but then the developers can choose to disable it.
The official PS Remote Play app is not available yet.
Input lag must be horrendous
They should just allow full ultra quality games on apple computers because it's easily possible right now.

All iPad apps look soft on the Vision Pro. Until they make a native Vision app there’s not much you can do. Same thing happens with Infuse on Vision Pro, video quality is not good.
Just curious if you own one or not? I you are saying that because of YT videos you have watched, well these are all 1080p screen recoding with foveted rendering going on. If you are wearing one it looks so incredibly sharp, minus some mirrored games like this. The screens are the reason why the AVP pro cost soooo much. 8 AVP Oled pixels can fit in one iPhone pixel. :)
@@dropbars I own one. The problem is iPad apps that are available to be used on Vision OS they’re not rendering at 4K. Even playing 4K video on those apps won’t be shown as 4K. The app needs to be native to Vision Pro, not iPad. In any case, I’m baffled nobody on those YT videos talk about the massive glare when watching a big screen in a dark room, search it up, it’s bad.

It’s not about the apple device. The AVP is just running an iPad version of the app. Streaming is usually capped at 1080p. And then add in internet quality and buffering, you’re gonna have a noisy image.
It’s gaming that isn’t there yet streaming wise. The xbox cloud gaming is laggy and low res on other devices too. It’s a streaming thing.

That is 💩💩💩💩💩💩 i can do the samething with my Playstation VR2 😂😂😂 or play Xbox games on gamespass on my Quest 3 with any controller plus I mostly play Mixed Reality games and occasionally some VR games like GT7 VR mode and Asgards Wrath 2 and I have a huge back library of 90 VR games on PSVR and PSVR 2 and now I am addicted to Mixed Reality games and apps on my Quest 3
