If you are not going to big places like Mt Fuji or Tokyo Disneyland/sea, which could take up at least a day of ur trip each, a week is pretty good to cover for a nice shopping spree! Hope you enjoy your trip!
The outlet i visited was a little out of the way so it could also explain the lack of queue, but I visited around 4++ pm! Hope you have fun for your solo trip!!
