    Hey it’s Kenny with Generator Upgrade Supply. Thank you for taking the time to walk through the new style of Predator. You did a great job!Just a couple things to let everyone know, I’ve updated the instructions because they have one again added something new (CO sensor) since I create the new left wheel style kit. I’ve included how to take that front panel off to get at the stop connections more clearly. Also the version 2.0 actually denotes the newer module and antenna I’m using for all styles not just the new style with the brake on the left. The whole kit was upgraded a little over a year ago to a module with even more security and range. Thanks again for putting this together! Let me know if you have any questions. Always here to help.
    Kenny

    I have the left side brake remote kit arriving tomorrow. Thank you for this video. I'm sure you saved me many hours of work and frustration. 👍

      It's actually way easier than the instructions make it seem. I hope I was able to help.

      I had so much trouble with the instructions. It literally took me two days. Hopefully this vid will help others get through it faster. Thanks for watching.

      Not the kind of video I usually do but following the directions for that thing was impossible, so I made my own haha!

    Soon as you started taking off the wheels, too much work, I lost interest quick! Thanks for the informative video

      It's a really good product. Mine is still working great. At least you know what you in for if you ever decide to put a remote start on your generator. I had a hard time figuring it out. For me, that was the hardest part. I posted this so no one else had to go through that hassle. Thanks for the comment!

    Does it do anything to eco idle

    • @ChickenBeakMountain
      @ChickenBeakMountain  ปีที่แล้ว

      As far as I can tell it only does the choke and start when you first crank it. Everything else works the same.

    How many hours do you have on the generator? Seems some people are having issues with the newer models?

      Not even 30 yet. So far so good, but that extended warranty is worth it for sure.

      Can you describe what issues have been reported? I just bought a 3500 based on the reviews I've read, while not realizing there was such a major change.

    Sorry, not worth the effort and expense. Nice video, but I will not be adding remote start to mine.

      I totally agree. There's definitely effort and expense, but I have a need for it. It runs the AC in my off grid place. It's so much easer when I wake up hot in the middle of the night to not have to run out to the generator house. If I just used it to run certain tools, I probably wouldn't invest in it. The reason for the video though, is that the instructions were terrible! I spent a couple of days and several phone calls figuring it out. If someone has a need, they can watch this video and do it in less than an hour.
