Thank you for showing a great variety of knots. These cover most of what a fisherman needs. I've settled on the Miller Knot for most line-to-bait tying. It's simple and a video on TH-cam explains how to do it.
I just learned the FG knot last year and only do it at home. If I need to do a knot in the field, I'm comfortable using a double Uni. Hopefully, I'll get better at doing the FG out in the boat.

I normally use a uni knot for my bait and a Alberto knot for my leader to braid. I believe I will try the fg knot on my next re-tie.
