konza depends on investors, the government will only invest in the governmant institutions like the university, police comand center and the other infrastructure. the speed of the development depends on the ability to convince investors that there is value in investing here. I believe that next year we will see inflax of investors come in
We are yet to see how the CBD at Tatu will look like. But so far the level of Development in Tatu city is 1000 fold more than Konza city. There is a similar project by the Tanzanian government called Magufuli City, I dont know how they are pulling it off such quickly?
Magufuli city i think is an administrative city and the whole buildings are for administrative purposes unlike konza and tatu city which are for commercial purposes being built by investors

Semi desert kind of. But landscaping is ongoing. Let them do some constructions so in about 3 months I go back and see how the place will be looking like.

Pavilion is in Phase 2. That's the Welcome Center, aka, Transport Hub.

Not Much actually, but i believe there was significant allocation from the Kenyan Government that is going to be used starting January
