What if all the 47 county headquarters can be re-designed and new plans of modernization be put in place? I project millions of jobs can be created in a sustainable manner
Proud? Nothing to be proud here. All I've seen is "we want to be like this city and that city" there's no creativity here. It just copying and pasting. And even that we can't get it right.. very sad that we can't design something for Africans rather copying from everyone else.. colonial mindset is still pretty much alive in the whole of Africa specially in Kenya.. no wonder politicians exploit us kwa sababu sisi ni wajinga...

Nice show right there. This should be each an everyone's scope when it comes to constructions and set ups on brick and mortar. Its begins with you. Start by planting a tree, collection of litter in your neighborhood.
Woow this is a project of its kind that will open a world of possibilities and opportunities for Kenyans. This is the way forward. Thanks Chams for keeping us updated on the progress.
If the current Kenya is not conducive to the well-being of the majority of the population, what makes you think this development will have such a positive impact to the same demography? @ Tonny Ndunda
@@explorelondon3695 just like any other country Kenya has its challenges, competition in the Job market is real but with such projects and right infrastructure in place, investors will be attracted, jobs created and population pressure eased in the major cities, we need to be vasertile and grab opportunities that come by and trust the process

This is a positive trend but it will need areas of wooded patches like the arboretum in Nairobi, water ponds and small lakes that will absorb flooding and improve air humidity in this dry region. Here Kenya should persuade itself to venture into creative thinking and not try to copy what others are doing.
