My Grandparents had this. Man it brought back so many memories hearing those chimes. In some way I wish my parents took it. Hearing that thing at night was very erie though. Thanks for sharing this iconic and nostalgic clock.

Reminds me of the grandfather clock at my grandad's house. They have a grandfather clock
that looks almost exactly like this one, but the chime sounds different. Haven't been there in a few weeks now. Lockdown sucks.

My grandparents had this. Their house burned down in the Paradise fires. I used to sit in front of the clock and wait for so long just to hear it chime when it hit the hour.
Today I found out, almost 4 years after the fire, they were going to give me the clock when they died, but it burned along with their house.
They survived, but I still miss that house.
