    This is the ranking of the top 10 happiest European nations according to the World Happiness Report 2013. 😃 But now, we're really curious to hear your opinion! 🤔 What do you think? Do you agree with this organization? 👍👎

    So, how about Italy for its food and wine -- especially the wine, from which you can get very happy ?

      Hi! The ranking shown in the video was from the World Happiness Report 2023. In the 2024 report, Italy is ranked 24th in Europe and 41st in the world. Have a great day!

    Ireland has the most expensive housing in Europe. A lot of people can barely afford a roof over there head. Dunno how its in the top ten.

      First of all, let's clarify that referencing the World Happiness Report doesn't necessarily mean we agree with it entirely, but rather that we wanted to initiate a discussion about it. In any case, this report is based on the analysis of various factors. For instance, Scandinavian countries have been rewarded in part due to their low unemployment rates. However, Finland is an exception with an unemployment rate exceeding 9%. Nevertheless, the World Happiness Report still recognizes it as the happiest nation on Earth. This demonstrates that being part of the top 10 doesn't imply that there are no significant issues in that country, but rather that there are other highly positive factors that counterbalance the negatives, at least according to the perspective of those who created this report.

    There lies, dammed lies, and statistics, that paint varying pictures. Probably my ignorance that says this, but just saying. Love these facts on your videos. Peace and goodwill.

    It is very difficult to assess social satisfaction/happiness or whatever you call it but I am certain that Britain has lost a lot of ground in recent times. A crisis of confidence seems to have developed as the least capable have not felt able to face competition from migrating workers. This is not surprising when the prevailing government philosophy has been to constrict spending on services such as education and health. Also no intervention in the housing market has led to extraordinary levels of competition for homes. This has been unwise in a country so densely populated and where land ownership patterns are so steeped in historical injustice.

    Im a swede, I think everything good about Sweden has become worse the last ten years. Healthcare is worse, public transportation is worse, crime is much worse.
    The nature is still great, but the Baltic sea is unfortunatley polluted so the fish is dying off :(

      Surely it is because you voted for right wing government? Britain has done the same to itself and is now unhappy.

    • @mjolnir_swe
      @mjolnir_swe 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@ianmansbridge3646 No, it is only recently that we have right wing rule again. The crime problem is rooted in lax immigration with lack of plans, it started under right wing 10+ years ago and then got worse under left wing rule. Now, a right wing rule is trying to introduce measures but there is so much to do and even with right measures will take a lot of time.

    Here In Finland we don't understand. Are these statistics true or false. At the top of suicide statistics. About 20 % have livelihood problems. Salary or pension is too low. You have to choose food or medicine, especially senior citizens. Or families have no able to have hobbies. Or must have two or three jobs ...

    This and your next video tell a strange history. There's something that doesn't work at all. A rich, unfriendly and deranged (north) Europe.

      Hello! Unfortunately, even though it may seem contradictory, it's true that the countries of Northern Europe, in some aspects, are the countries where various "extremes" coexist.

    Might be high on the economic well-being scale but not so brilliant on the hapiness one. Just look at the number of suicides!
