So, where is the training? The only exercise with a bit of strength needed are the Y's...the rest is pure cardio, if someone needs a cardio workout doing interval sprints is even better... For the TRX to be of any value they should be twice the length so you could do the exercises with a little more resistance.
I’m A bit confused. Do you do all four exercises again or just the final one is repeated multiple times. Are the first three just a warm up you do once or each round?

alternating exercises is counter productive..If you are gunna do a delt raise, keep going till the set is done

I used the trx with the anchor and it ripped from the wall as i was pulling myself up. Thoughts?
Probably be a good idea to consult a local friend or contractor with a deeper understanding of construction
Which anchor was this? I have the X-Mount and it either needs to be in a stud on a load bearing wall or in a ceiling joist, which is what I have.
That’s why I came to the comments! I placed mine on the door and it felt wobbly / unsafe / the door was making sounds!
