@@AR500PlateSpallInYourChin bro... Your comment hit me hard. He'd do anything for his "daughter" and if there was any day she forgave him, he always (daily) read all the stuff she is interested in to discuss it.
Haven't seen anyone mention this one. Dina and Ellie stumble across a store with Halloween merchandise. Dina says something like "this stuff looks cool" and Ellie says "eh not really my thing." Naughty Dog nailed it to prove more of Ellie's pain losing Riley and that memory of them having fun the Halloween store trying on masks. Well done.
They were so close to each other. Lying is the only option for nora. Maybe she was about to tell the truth if Nora didn’t know she is immune. But because of spores ellie have the advantage. Damn imagine ellie and abby was so close..
Here’s a big spoiler-y one: The second main menu screen is NOT the Rattler building. It’s the domed Catalina Island Casino in Avalon, CA (google image it to compare). In other words, the guy on the radio wasn’t a Rattler, he wasn’t lying, and they made it. The boat location perfectly matches with the beach + cliffs north of the casino outside of town. Suggesting Abby and Lev made it to where they wanted to go. it’s also the same rich resort town where the Catalina Wine Mixer was in Stepbrothers. Correction: it’s the fucking Catalina Wine Mixer.
Yee this was something I figured out only a few days ago. The possibility that the guy on the radio was just luring people to the Rattlers did cross my mind, but he's just a firefly. I realized it when I was going to start my collectible run, that in both the menu screens the boat was the same one, ie the one Abby used to get to Catalina
MikkelDoom nah. The Rattler dome building is not the main menu building. The Rattler dome building is a lot smaller and has no flags on it. The Catalina Island casino in real life has flags along the top like the United Nations building kinda and the main menu screen does as well. The boat is facing towards the flagged dome casino building, suggesting they were headed in that direction, which makes no sense if they were fleeing away from the Rattler building. And the sunlight suggests it’s the next day, as the final fight happened during a heavy overcast. The Firefly on the radio specifically says Catalina Island in Avalon. If you google image Avalon California or Catalina Island, you’ll see the building from the main menu, but that’s on a literal island. Ellie did not take a boat to get to the Rattler base and is was walking distance from Santa Barbara. The Catalina island casino is impossible to get to on foot. The buildings are not the same. The main menu basically says Lev and Abby made it to the Fireflies. I doubt the guy on the radio was a Rattler, as he sounded like he knew exactly who Abby’s father was and sounded remorseful when she said his name and said that was her father. A Rattler wouldn’t know that at all. And the Rattlers who caught them couldn’t have gotten a radio transmission and got there instantly, they were just roaming the area and probably heard the noise of Abby and Lev killing the infected and entering the garage and were already roaming for random people to enslave.
Can anyone confirm this: I can't tell for sure, but I think when Ellie is standing in a room with a corpse in it, she'll always try to keep an eye on it. Even if you turn around, she'll turn her head and watch it out the corner of her eye. That would be really cool because it shows she doesn't trust that any corpse is fully dead
Another one: every shotgun in the game has the same gunshot sound effect, except for Joel's (during the flashback with the bloater boss fight). His shotgun is the only one in the game that has the same gunshot sound effect from the first game, kind of a easter egg
@Cristian Parra Rojas oh yes, the game is visually beautiful, except that they also unrealistically depict a woman's body in a apocalyptic scenario as a bodybuilder just to push agenda LMAO
@Cristian Parra Rojas I'm gonna pretend you wrote something with just a ounce of common sense and leave it here. People with bad taste are really a lost cause.
@@alessandroofthemediterranean She works out. She's a soldier with easy access to good nutrition and heavy things. I get the impression you haven't played the game.
Something I think I noticed: the infected in California are sunburnt. If you pay attention to their skin, it's super red. Some are blood stained, but if you notice the rest of their skin, you can see a weird "tan" tone.
Other details that isn't mentioned : - Abby feel uneasy near ledges , before you know she has a fear of heights. - A portrait of Dina that Ellie painted at the farm in her studio, is the only thing gone after Santa-Barbara - All of Ellie's book that was around the house ( farm house ) are now in her studio after Santa-Barbara. - During her trip to Santa-Barbara, Ellie removed the bracelet of Dina, but she has it again once she revisit the farm.
I'm surprised that no one has brought up Abby's fear of ledges in these videos. The camera shift is what made me look at her face and realize this detail
There’s a theory that Ellie didn’t have Dina’s bracelet at all whenever she left the farm to go to Santa Barbara, because if she had it with her she probably would’ve been wearing it that whole time. So this hints that when Ellie returned to the farm house, she might’ve already gone to Jackson and gotten the bracelet back from Dina. Maybe they made up and are on better terms. At least that would be a happier ending
woahhhhh first time I've seen someone bring up that portrait of those two is missing. That's pretty cool and kinda hopeful along with the bracelet, but the book thing I feel isn't though haha
The best for me is how ellie sometimes tucks her hair behind her ear, and it actually stays and only falls back on her face if you take a shot, jump, or do anything that shakes her abruptly Edit: Ellie gotta exfoliate her forehead
These are more easter eggs: When Ellie wakes up at the beginning of the game, if you look outside the window you'll see a white rabbit, just like in the first The Last of Us when you first took control of Ellie. Also plenty of people have acknowledged the PS3s in-game but nobody seems to mention that your reticle goes gray and you can't shoot it, the controllers or even the wires. Almost as if it's an ally! :)
@@erika662 it's not in her back pocket when you go back to the farm, but then she's also wearing Dina's bracelet at the farm which she didn't have in Santa Barbara, so it's possible she went to Jackson first, left most of her stuff and then went to the farm.
@@uniquellyawesome2268 I don't know, because of Dina's bracelet I'm still holding out hope that she got back together with Dina and that part just wasn't shown.
Here’s some i’ve found: When you zoom in with ellie (unarmed) she would squint her eyes -the way bullets rebound off the ground (especially the sniper part with Ellie and Tommy) -Ellie would get tired after hanging from a rope for a while
Another one is that crawling on pavement with a beer bottle in your hands, you will hear the bottle rub against the pavement. The sound design in this game is one of the most detailed I have seen!
Dina: How could you see enemy even they wasn't infront of you? Ellie: Oh, thats easy. There this camera that gives me power to turn 360 degree without turning my head. Dina: What? Ellie: What?
I found a cool detail. When you play as Ellie in like Seattle day 2 or 3 Icr, there is a building with a workbench and when you try to use it you get ambushed my people and you have to kill them, I replayed the game and when I got to that part I tried something out to see if the guys actually run up on you or the guy who attacks you just spawns on you. I put a few bombs and I got on the workbench and instead of hearing the guy run up on me and attack me, I heard him running up to me and then I heard an explosion and Ellie jumped off the bench and the guy who is supposed to attack you is dead on the floor in pieces. so the guys either really run out of the room or they spawn a little ways away and run up on you, cool detail
There is a locked room there. That's where they are staying, waiting for Ellie to get to the workbench. Anyway, how awesome is that the fucker triggered the explosion? Good thinking friend.
I'm sad that the way Abby and Ellie handles their own gun is not mentionned in any of the videos. Abby, who is a former firefly and thus was trained with guns, handles her's with two hands whereas Ellie only handles her's with one hand (when they're walking). I found it amazing
SPOILERS The thing is that I truly believe that ellie had somewhat of a good ending theres a letter you find at the farm when you are with Dina and the baby. It's Jesse's parents saying that ellie and dina will always have a place in Jackson if they choose to come back home. And if you notice when ellie goes to santa barbara she was not wearing dina's bracelet but when she returns from santa barbara the camera zooms in on her fingers wich look almost completely healed we were focused on the fingers missing but looked completely passed the fact that now she is wearing the bracelet indicating that she has already been to Jackson and is living with Dina she just went back to the farm for the guitar but decided to leave it That represents her finally being able to accept Joel's death and bring an end to the cycle of revenge If you also notice when she enters the house she doesn't seem surprised that its empty and she doesn't call out dina's name, she doesent have her guns on her and she is wearing new clothes.
I think this is hopeful but I think the purpose of the ending was to show that Ellie is alone. I don’t think she’s surprised because she knew as soon as she left she was losing Dina and everything else for the sake of revenge. Unfortunately I think she’s broken but I wouldn’t be surprised if she returns to Jackson in part 3.
1. She's not surprised bcs when she left for Abby, she chose between Dina and her revenge. She knew Dina wouldn't wait for her. 2. Why would she call out for Dina ? The house is totally empty, no need to be Einstein to understand there's nobody there. Actually, it would be stupid to call for anybody ? 3. Why would have they moved to Jackson with everything in the house except all the things that belongs to Ellie ? 4. When she leaves the house at the very end, she's walking towards the back portal, which she said to JJ is the bad way to go, nothing good on this side of the house. Jackson is at the opposite side of the house.
If a companion gets caught by an enemy during a stealth segment, and you get away and re-enter stealth, that same companion will apologize for getting caught.
I found out another interesting detail. When you're playing with abby, at the beginning of the game, a little bit before finding joel and Tommy, she looks extremely scared cause of all the infected. But after Joel saved her, a second later her face is really different, like a disgusting face after recognizing that was Joel, even knowing that he saved her life.
Yea, Joel saves her life, doesn’t make her question at all killing him and this game is supposed to make me feel bad for her? What a failure in storytelling.
@@deathmetalhellI agree with you Abby parts are more action packed and fun also Joel killed Jerry who was trying to save the entite world cause he wanted to save only 1 girl joel did a very wrong choice and also Abby only wanted to kill Joel and she let Tommy and Ellie go but Ellie killed all of Abbys friends then Abby had another chance of killing Ellie but she didn't even though she killed all of her friends than stupid Ellie decided to come for Abby again Abby refused to fight Ellie but Ellie threatened Abby with killing an innocent child Lev to fight So Abby is a better character and has more fun gameplay moments at the same time
1:05 look at Dina's reaction to you shooting randomly lol she gets this scowl look on her face and then starts looking around to see what you are shooting at.
Another detail I noticed: You can't sprint forever (except in segments where you're either chasing somebody or fleeing). You eventually slow down as whichever character you are starts running out of stamina.
this game is absolutely insane. i have no words. i also found out they sometimes change the way the dialogue is said depending on whether you're crouching or walking. like?? i can't believe they actually recorded several versions just for that (there's a 15 second video on my channel, where ellie changes the way she answers dina if you want an example)
I think uncharted was even better at that, there's ton of dialogue written for obscure occasions like jumping into the pool or touching a bull in the village
Just noticed this on 2nd playthrough: when you play the album on the farm it follows the actual album track list and Dina dances to the upbeat songs and doesn't to the somber ones (like the 2nd song, "ecstasy"). So insane since basically no one plays long enough to hear the 2nd song let alone the 3rd or 4th!!!
It’s a really cool detail that actual bits of concrete flew off when they were shot but it physically pained me because of how hard bullets are to find a lot of the time
FEDRA Two other details I've found (and I'm not sure it these have been discused before). 1. Environments react to iddle animations. This is more obvious with the drums at the music score. The cymbals react when Ellie moves her arm in her iddle animation, or when she takes away her guns. 2. Bushes react to bullets passing through, and even in the direction they were shot, waving for a moment.
02:16 >>Dina will sometimes hold her belly in discomfort If she does this even before we know that she is pregnant, it is very impressive that this is thought out. And if one of the players accidentally notices this, then he can guess about it earlier.
It´s like in Red Dead Redemption 2. I mentioned that Arthur starts coughing a lot more the further you are in the game! And sooner or later the doctor in the big city tells you what´s going on with him!
@@Felgand yeah the game was spoiled for me so I noticed that right away Edit:actually i remember after he collected the money I thought....that guy he beat up was coughing a whole lot I think he gets it from him
I discovered another detail. In Jackson, the beginning, Ellie listens to her walkman. The song she's listening too is from Shawn James - through the valley. Which is also the song Ellie sings and plays on her guitar in on of the first trailers
I know I caught that too. Cool lil details really might not be a big deal to most. But to true fans we appreciate every little Easter egg and hidden detail about this game Especially the ones that tie into the 1st game!
The skin detail in Ellie character looks really but really good. I remember seeing another video of Ellie comparing to Arthur character model, and puted Ellie in a horrible lightened place so we could see that.
Also I noticed that in left behind you can see Ellie and her bestfriend Riley trying masks and play with Halloween gadgets at this Halloween shop Then in Seattle Dina and Ellie are in another Halloween shop and Dina asks where are they and Ellie explained it and then Dina said that the gadgets were cool but Ellie said "they aren't for me" I think it's pretty cool, it makes you realize how much she changed. Or how in tlou she was the one always looking at something and Joel always told her to stay focus but now it's the opposite with her and Dina. I noticed too that when they are in Seattle and they've to search the gasoil ??(sorry I'm not English I'm not sure if that is the correct word for it) Dina asks what happened because all the building and streets were destroyed like when Ellie asked the same question in Boston to Tess and Tess explained that the military did that to kill as many infected as they could And then Dina and the old Ellie both asked if it worked and both Tess and present Ellie say the exact same thing which I think in English is something like "it worked for a bit" Plus I think the dog that we first can pet with Ellie is the same we can pet as Joel the first time at the central in tlou 1 with Tommy Oh and I noticed this today, the second time I played the game, that when we fell with Nora in the floor with spores when the other soldiers arrive they will say "why is the power on" or something like that lmao I'm translating from italian but anyway they say it because as Abby we have to turn it on Another one is that when you read Ellie's diary when you've to go to the music shop with Joel, you can read that she has a girlfriend, her name is Cat I think, and Dina talks about her when we've to go to the outpost. But anyway in the diary she asks herself if she should say it to Joel, and then we'll have a conversation with Joel and he'd think instead that we've a crush for Jesse. And I noticed too today at my second gameplay that when we met the scars with Ellie for the first time, they will talk about this Lily which we'll learn with Abby that is Lev and they'll comment what he did. Lmao I put new things while writing
Another detail that im sure alot of people missed is that whenever you play the guitar if you strum on a certain part if the touchpad it’ll play the corresponding string on the guitar, to clarify picture the little icon of the guitar strings if you want to strum the bottom string of any note then strum at the bottom of the touchpad and vice versa for the upper note. Sorry for the poor explanation but give it a go and see for yourself
Fedra, bro. I am impressed with the level of details of TLOU2, I have never seen anything like it in a game in my life. Congratulations on your work, I imagine the affection, consideration and effort you have with your videos. One video better than the other, not much to tell you. I’m from Brazil, but I’ve always followed your channel :D
Damn finally people that aren't hating in this game, I'm happy to see that. The details of this game are amazing and so is the game, I loved it and I hope others did too.
@@observ_2008 Just beat it and I'm actually starting to feel ok about the ending. I enjoyed the Quentin Tarantino story structure even though I guess some people get lost (I really don't know how maybe I just have good focus🤷) and really think a conversation between the two would've been nice but revenge rarely makes sense.
i really liked the game the ending wasnt to bad and it sets it up for another game. The details in this game are amazing and the combat is really fun and sometimes can be really tense. Its a great game in my opinion!
Finished it yesterday. I know it's really popular to hate on this game right now, but I really loved it, just as much as Part 1 (which also has flaws, even though most people just choose to ignore them in detriment of Part 2), though for different reasons. I'm glad they took the risk to do something different and not repeat the formula of the first game's story. For everyone wondering if the game is worth it, I'd highly recommend that you give it a fair chance and not rush it (this is so important!) Explore, take your time, interact with every character and with the environment. You might be surprised by how good the game is if you actually let yourself get involved in it, without prejudices. (Edited to correct a couple of misspellings).
I'm just past the first Seraphite encounter on my second playthrough. This game is easily an 8 or 9 for me. The hate seems insane. Best gaming experience I've had in quite some time.
Lol this game is a copypaste gameplay of the first game with the avoid botton and mgs 5 stealth mechanics. The story is far from good. But yeah you can play it like 2 times before selling it.
*Ellie falls off of cliff and respawns* Dina: Ellie? Why did you jump off of that cliff? And how are you still here? Ellie: Oh it wasn't me... The player did it. I also respawned so the player has retries when I die. Dina: The player? Respawn? Ellie I don't- Ellie: Huh? Dina: what? Ellie:...
Not only can you climb the dinosaur, if you backtrack after putting the hat on and climb it, you'll leave the hat on the dinosaur's head before jumping off. This game
This game is a technical masterpiece. Some of these details are just so minute, barely anyone will find them. Yet when you do, it makes the world and the characters so much more alive. Amazing stuff.
@@randomgod6371 I mean, sure. They're not 100% smooth. But when you think about how many NPCs are in the game, combined with the performances, the writing, the little details like Dina clutching her stomach or the WLF kennelman looking over the dogs and calling them by name, I personally think it just makes everything feel more alive.
@@MrMah-zf6jk You think so? What makes you think that? I personally think with all the minutiae, the lighting, the textures of items and characters, there's a lot of advanced technology at play here. Is it 100% seamless? Of course not. But as PS4 games go, especially on the eve of next-gen consoles, I think it's a marvel of gaming technology. Still, I'm curious to see why you think otherwise :)
What other game has a character raise a gun really fast and have their muscles move around? Also, not many games include armpit hair. It's just a tiny detail.
@@miloandot man gaming has fallen pretty low... People are really commenting about how amazing it is that they textured armpit hair into a character model....
@@Pan_A67 that's your "amazing small details" alright then I guess. The only good one was her friend actually taking the book. The rest are pretty standard for game devs who have time to work on finished products.
@@eyeless7772 I mean this is a channel dedicated to video game details, wtf else do you expect. If you want some meaningful discussions you can go somewhere else. Comment stupid things just for the sake of it, internet trolls these days.
Two things to add: 9. There are also pictures on some walls that start swinging if you run into them. 11. I think all the encounters in which you have to block out a door have 2-3 different "endings".
idk if you've talked ab this but in the beginning when abby falls down the hill after being attacked by the runner she says "fuck... my shoulder" or something like that. and when you play as her again, a part of her idle (and sometimes her walking) animation is her adjusting the shoulder she hurt!
I think at least on this video the most insane one for me is the stone fragments from bullet impact. It's one thing to have some fragments fly off the wall, but to have them have physical impact when they touch the ground or water is absolutely nuts. The level of effort, which they didn't need to do, to this extent is insane. Naughty Dog are in a totally different level of small details in this game.
There’s also a detail idk if anyone know in the end when Ellie was in santa barba she didn’t have dina lucky bracelet but when she got back to the farm house she was wearing it that could mean ellie met dina after what happend in santa barba
I noted a slight amount of clipping that appears at 3:16 when Ellie is holding the Sorority Secrets book. The Cover image of the woman's black hair covers part of Ellie's thumb. The book also seems to have real weight in her hand as Ellie holds it and flips it.
It just amazes me how people can call this game objectively horrible. It’s a masterpiece if anything and few games this generation have come close to what this game brings to the table

Whoever said this game has a bad soundtrack, environments are too boring or not beautiful or whatever is a hater (aside from the story I'm not gonna argue with you about that cuz Ive argued about it like 100 times lol)
JamesHLanier it wasnt good it somehow felt like in a story where the main character keeps talking about how urgent the situation is but keeps doing sidequests and finding collectibles “it just doesnt feel right , it feels out of character”
Fedra You still forgot that if you check the map of Seattle everytime Ellie is heading to a new destination, it' slightly different. You can also do a jump attack off of a rope swing. (which the designer of the jump attack didn't know was possible) The building where you get jumped by AWOL WLF members as you find a workbench can be slightly prevented by putting a trap mine in front of the door before hand, it won't kill everyone but you'll hear the explosion/screams as you're modding your weapons. Killing a dog will have it's owner alert his buddies in the area, but silently killing the owner first leaves the dog confused and sad with unique behaviour and doesn't alert anyone else. The silencers condition get worse with each successive shot.

The fact that Joel was reading "The Idiot's guide to space" just makes me love and mourn for him more.
It shows that he really wants to teach Ellie how to go to space.
Even at the very end, Joel was trying to find a way he could relate to Ellie and reconcile his relationship with her.

Another Detail: You can see redness and scars on Abby's neck after she is hanged by Seraphites throughout the rest of the game.
and on her arms after dina slashes her up
Her right arm’s scarred in california after dina slashes her arm open back in the theatre! This game!,
Yeah for some reason I only noticed them after the sex scene and was very concerned but then I realized it was from the rope lol. Oops
Yeah I thought that was awesome the rope marks on her neck
Doesnt Matter lol you thought Owen punished her horny ass in bed
Something I think I noticed: the infected in California are sunburnt. If you pay attention to their skin, it's super red. Some are blood stained, but if you notice the rest of their skin, you can see a weird "tan" tone.
When I saw how burnt they were, I immediately thought of how gross it’d be to touch them
Not just the infected but also Abby tied up on the pole. Her skin is open fron torture's wound and burnt from the sun as well.
Other details that isn't mentioned :
- Abby feel uneasy near ledges , before you know she has a fear of heights.
- A portrait of Dina that Ellie painted at the farm in her studio, is the only thing gone after Santa-Barbara
- All of Ellie's book that was around the house ( farm house ) are now in her studio after Santa-Barbara.
- During her trip to Santa-Barbara, Ellie removed the bracelet of Dina, but she has it again once she revisit the farm.
I'm surprised that no one has brought up Abby's fear of ledges in these videos. The camera shift is what made me look at her face and realize this detail
Maybe you should watch the other videos that came before this one
There’s a theory that Ellie didn’t have Dina’s bracelet at all whenever she left the farm to go to Santa Barbara, because if she had it with her she probably would’ve been wearing it that whole time. So this hints that when Ellie returned to the farm house, she might’ve already gone to Jackson and gotten the bracelet back from Dina. Maybe they made up and are on better terms. At least that would be a happier ending
On the sky bridge I waited 5 minutes JUST because I found out she was afraid of dinosaures
woahhhhh first time I've seen someone bring up that portrait of those two is missing. That's pretty cool and kinda hopeful along with the bracelet, but the book thing I feel isn't though haha
The best for me is how ellie sometimes tucks her hair behind her ear, and it actually stays and only falls back on her face if you take a shot, jump, or do anything that shakes her abruptly

SPOILERS The thing is that I truly believe that ellie had somewhat of a good ending theres a letter you find at the farm when you are with Dina and the baby. It's Jesse's parents saying that ellie and dina will always have a place in Jackson if they choose to come back home. And if you notice when ellie goes to santa barbara she was not wearing dina's bracelet but when she returns from santa barbara the camera zooms in on her fingers wich look almost completely healed we were focused on the fingers missing but looked completely passed the fact that now she is wearing the bracelet indicating that she has already been to Jackson and is living with Dina she just went back to the farm for the guitar but decided to leave it That represents her finally being able to accept Joel's death and bring an end to the cycle of revenge
If you also notice when she enters the house she doesn't seem surprised that its empty and she doesn't call out dina's name, she doesent have her guns on her and she is wearing new clothes.
*GASP* omfg ur right!! I feel closure now lol. Hopefully this is true, bittersweet but hopeful 😭😢😢
Even if this turns out not to be true, this is my version of the ending, its better than everyone thinking that ellie if completely alone
Yeah, i found it weird how ellie didn't call out for dina or wasn't surprised when the house was empty.
She doesn’t know what Joel looks like though.

Then in Seattle Dina and Ellie are in another Halloween shop and Dina asks where are they and Ellie explained it and then Dina said that the gadgets were cool but Ellie said "they aren't for me"
I think it's pretty cool, it makes you realize how much she changed.
Or how in tlou she was the one always looking at something and Joel always told her to stay focus but now it's the opposite with her and Dina.
I noticed too that when they are in Seattle and they've to search the gasoil ??(sorry I'm not English I'm not sure if that is the correct word for it) Dina asks what happened because all the building and streets were destroyed like when Ellie asked the same question in Boston to Tess and Tess explained that the military did that to kill as many infected as they could
And then Dina and the old Ellie both asked if it worked and both Tess and present Ellie say the exact same thing which I think in English is something like "it worked for a bit"
Plus I think the dog that we first can pet with Ellie is the same we can pet as Joel the first time at the central in tlou 1 with Tommy
Oh and I noticed this today, the second time I played the game, that when we fell with Nora in the floor with spores when the other soldiers arrive they will say "why is the power on" or something like that lmao I'm translating from italian but anyway they say it because as Abby we have to turn it on
Another one is that when you read Ellie's diary when you've to go to the music shop with Joel, you can read that she has a girlfriend, her name is Cat I think, and Dina talks about her when we've to go to the outpost.

@@DrKnockers05 rdr2 does this 2 years ago, and is not a linear game unlike tlou2, script in linear games like uncharted or tlou are simple to do.
The way Dina looked nervously at Ellie when holding her stomach 😯
My favorite interaction was probably Ellie climbing the dinosaur
One of the pins on Ellies backpack is the pin Joel gave her in the Space/Dino Museum
i like how number 7 is just "abby's arms jiggle" like wtf lmao and then number 8 is armpit hair
What other game has a character raise a gun really fast and have their muscles move around? Also, not many games include armpit hair. It's just a tiny detail.
@@miloandot man gaming has fallen pretty low... People are really commenting about how amazing it is that they textured armpit hair into a character model....
@@eyeless7772 No, gaming didn't fall, what makes a game different from others is those small details that can make the game more fun, realistic, etc.
Comment stupid things just for the sake of it, internet trolls these days.
please, just keep making these "INSANE Details" videos. im really enjoying them
Devs: We got brand new jiggle physics for Abby.
Bosses: NO BOOBS!
Devs:.... I'm not letting this tech go to waste.
😂 honestly lol
Two things to add:
9. There are also pictures on some walls that start swinging if you run into them.
11. I think all the encounters in which you have to block out a door have 2-3 different "endings".
Also when the snow falls off tree branches, you could see snow particles hit the ground after the big chunks
6:58 that brick falling from it position tho .
idk if you've talked ab this but in the beginning when abby falls down the hill after being attacked by the runner she says "fuck... my shoulder" or something like that. and when you play as her again, a part of her idle (and sometimes her walking) animation is her adjusting the shoulder she hurt!
Yes yes yes! Great observation
@@Bateuro bruh u don t get it
I noted a slight amount of clipping that appears at 3:16 when Ellie is holding the Sorority Secrets book. The Cover image of the woman's black hair covers part of Ellie's thumb. The book also seems to have real weight in her hand as Ellie holds it and flips it.
Great thanks now I'm gonna be paying attention to Abby's arm jiggle my next playthrough
It just amazes me how people can call this game objectively horrible. It’s a masterpiece if anything and few games this generation have come close to what this game brings to the table
Whoever said this game has a bad soundtrack, environments are too boring or not beautiful or whatever is a hater (aside from the story I'm not gonna argue with you about that cuz Ive argued about it like 100 times lol)
random guy yea the story and new character are trash. All other stuff is nice but it doesn’t make it worth buying.
Game of the year
JamesHLanier then you dont understand the basic construct of storytelling
JamesHLanier it wasnt good it somehow felt like in a story where the main character keeps talking about how urgent the situation is but keeps doing sidequests and finding collectibles “it just doesnt feel right , it feels out of character”
The painting above Joel’s bed is the same one from his old house....
😮
Whatttttt so he went back there? He prolly cried oh my
@@banggeumsog9195 Tommy went back to the house and got that picture of Joel with Sarah, maybe he got that picture at the same time?
Fedra
You still forgot that if you check the map of Seattle everytime Ellie is heading to a new destination, it' slightly different.
You can also do a jump attack off of a rope swing. (which the designer of the jump attack didn't know was possible)
The building where you get jumped by AWOL WLF members as you find a workbench can be slightly prevented by putting a trap mine in front of the door before hand, it won't kill everyone but you'll hear the explosion/screams as you're modding your weapons.
Killing a dog will have it's owner alert his buddies in the area, but silently killing the owner first leaves the dog confused and sad with unique behaviour and doesn't alert anyone else.
The silencers condition get worse with each successive shot.
The dog and human reactions were in previous videos. :)
The insane details like this make me enjoy taking time to look around.
