    Water Temperature: 93 degrees Celsius
    Coffee Beans: 15 grams
    Hot Water: 250 grams
    Water poured in three stages, steep for 30 seconds
    First pour: 40 grams
    Second pour: a small amount of water to 120 grams
    Third pour: a larger amount of water to 250 grams
    The filter has smooth airflow and fast flow rate. This time, the result shows a slightly sharp acidity of tomatoes and raspberries. Later, I adjusted the grind size to 24 clicks finer and changed to a four-stage drip with a smaller water flow, resulting in a more balanced taste.
