Straight Six Valve Adjustment How-To! BMW M20

Early BMW engines have a tendency to get out of adjustment especially after long years of running. Off the back of our m20 stroker project we figured it was the perfect time to do you guys how to adjust the eccentrics on your early engines!
Doing this should elicit an almost immediately noticeable difference in the power of your engine! This method should work on the m30, too. Though there may be some differences in the method, and the recommended clearances!

So in summary..... Any Cam Lobe facing down , but ON the timing marks - can be adjusted? .... Irrespective of firing order..... Correct?

How do you tell how tight the locking nut needs to be without a torq wrench, I don’t even know if you can even get a torq wrench in there.
