covid-19 really feels like it’s tried to knock me on my ass every day, and (just like everyone else, most likely) i try to get through every day, even if it feels like i barely can, or want to. this week has been pretty heavy with those thoughts and feelings. giving myself time to be present and grateful, even for 5 minutes, makes a huge difference. the impact this short video made on my soul brings me to a high & pure level of emotions. thank you!!!

Lots of medications out there but I find it tremendously helpful when the narrator acknowledges that your mind is wondering / will wonder and to gently bring it back to your breathing. Very helpful not to get lost in the restless mind.

I suffer with debilitating anxiety, depression, chronic pain and just completed my 4th brain and abdominal surgery. I was doing a 28 minute Mindfulness body scan a year ago. Then " life" happened and I stopped.This morning I started back and this was the one I used.Excellent. I have hit my " reset " button and am greatful to have "found" this starter one. I love your meditations they really help when I'm anxious or depressed. If I have an event that makes me nervous I'll use your meditation videos to ground me. I also love that you have like a timer and that your mediations are simple.

It’s helping me get into a regular sustainable practice…a start low go slow approach so that I don’t overcommit and fall off :) I notice I easily get distracted/thrown by the voice of meditation teachers, but not yours. I can anchor in no prob to your natural way of speaking. Thank you for sharing your time and talent with the world.
It's late 10pm,I've had a hectic day .food shopping.the weather was damp an miserable.i have done mindfulness in the past.its something that I found very useful.after this session,although 5min,left me feeling less anxious.i feel relaxed I will return ,for the next session.i will try to do this quick session in the morning,good start for the day🤗🙌🤗an also before I settle before bed time🧘♀️ Thank you
