I'm a bit late to this, but to answer your question, yes Nosaac's in the arena. (He's rank 26/E to be exact) I actually love the colors and frame of his AC.
Those guns are the VP-66LH. The LH at the end stands for laser handgun 😂 which I find funny lol. Those hand guns are amazing with the best energy generator. Get a stagger and those guns will shred your hp down to zero in seconds. Those things are one of the highest levels of bullshit in the game when it comes to deleting someone’s hp lol. The fact that you don’t even need to stagger someone to kill them is just ridiculous to say the least.
The laser handguns are easily my favorite hand units. They really do way more dps than they should, and you can fire them way to much lmao. I almost considered just giving him another LH, a better gen, and leave it at that. Might've been slightly biased against it, feels like I've almost nothing but laser weapons recent, both for videos and in pvp, and really wanted something different.
Honestly, it caught me off guard. Why does a random npc that a player might come into contact with twice ever, have such a damn good emblem, it's such a waste.
