I might recommend ensuring the pump diaphram(gasket) surfaces are smooth and not warped. I've had two pumps leak within a few weeks at the diaphram. After I used a flat surface(glass) and sand paper, I found that the sealing surfaces weren't as flat as they could be. Haven't had a leak since.
God job with the videos! I have looked all over TH-cam but haven’t found a video where a truck top loader internals were replaced with 46ish side loader internals. Any plans doing a video like that??
