In this video we will be comparing two graphics cards that are available for 250$ either used or new. On one hand the New AMD Radeon RX 6650 XT From sapphire with 8GB vram and used the Nvidia Geforce RTX 2080 Ti with 11gb Vram. We are testing in 1080p in multiple games at maximum details without raytracing

I got Exactly that Card on Ebay - an EVGA 2080ti XC Hybrid-Water Cooled for $240 plus $20 in shipping!! Came with original box and everything !! Great Ebay seller too!! I'm totally stoked. I saw this Video and was curious what you had to say about ?!

As a fellow 2080ti owner the thing with the TU102 chip which it has is that it can be extremely efficient - and your undervolting results really show that up well. I however think that going that low on the power limit isn't the right way to go with the 2080ti - and especially not with a liquid cooled card like yours.
TU102 only falls off the efficiency curve approaching 380W of TBP - where throwing power at it doesn't make any kind of sense in terms of performance improvements. But right until then the card does scale quite well - I will admit I'm very impressed at your 150W result (especially as the memory chews up 60W alone) , I get 16300 on Time Spy with my card (air cooled MSI Gaming X Trio) with 330W power limit , and a core clock of around 2025mhz sustained , with the memory clocked at 2000mhz (16Gbps) - only 20% faster. But I have a use case (4k60) where I need as much performance of the card out as I can get so I'm running it hard.
What's holding me back is being air cooled , so I can't keep the core temps low enough to keep the clocks any higher. I reckon you could get 2075-2145mhz @ 338W (the EVGA limit IIRC) sustained if you kept the temp below 60C which should be doable on a hybrid card albeit with an aggressive fan curve. You can get 25% more out of the card - meaning it could approach *4070 performance* for €300 - a great deal indeed!

Yeah the example in the video was more just to show how efficient the chip CAN be. ideally you wanne be around 200-230 watts id say to get the most performance or even get close to stock performance in most cases. but even with the very low power limit i set, performance was surprisingly good!

He did it to compare if Both card run in the same Power Limit, Let say 100Watts. Which one has more FPS in 100Watts? Now that where you compare the value worth Price Per FPS. Cuz if your going to play at 250Watts and another GPU is playing at 100Watts and there a huge FPS between them. The 250Watts GPU would have to pay more in Electric Bills. Thus 100Watts GPU at 60-100+ FPS would be a solid bargain at Ultra/High Settings for 1440p/1080p.

yeah i undervolt my 2080ti, I set the TDP around 270w, core can run at 1950 mhz which is fine for most of the games I play.

The used 2080 ti is a great deal.

Sure is. I think a 2080 non ti should also be a good option and be about the same power as the 6650 but quite a bit cheaper!

Why are you testing a 2080ti with a ryzen 5 4500?? That makes no sense the 6650xt is about the highest tier card you can throw on that cpu. You are seeing a hugeee cpu bottleneck with the 2080ti. I’ve got a 5700x and I have a slight cpu bottleneck, I wouldn’t go with anything below that to pair with a 2080ti
