The little prayer book is not a unique item; I'm sure many have been made, but seeing an item I have in my collection in Titania's Palace was fun. And to realise I found my copy around 100 years after Sir Nevile obtained his copy. Thank you for your question and for reminding me it was you who asked it! 😃
Having been born on the mark of sterling silver 925 I would receive a silver charm every year. Since the charms were so small I started a dolls house and used them as decor. I have 5 houses now. I have truly enjoyed your houses filled with the most beautiful silver, furniture and your craftsmanship is an inspiration. Yours is the best miniature channel there is. Thank you, Barbie🎉

Such a Beautiful Adventure. Tour very own painting with the fish bowl is so beautiful. I Love it so much. I can't imagine what it would feel like to be able to hold it, gaze at it and know you actually care the owner. Same with your prayers book. It is so wonderful. You bring so much knowledge, wonder and escapeism in your videos. I love to live vicariously through you. When I gazed upon your painting, I was reminded of the tray of good you made. It was a beautiful masterpiece to be treasured always. I hope your have been able to create more as it definentely takes skill to make. What a legacy you have created.

You definitely must have dollhouse size mice in the Canal House. They are very naughty! Yes, your treasures are costly. You certainly do not want them damaged. It is such a gorgeous room.❤

I just bought two scale miniature paintings, unframed on ebay for a few euros, I couldn't believe it ! Now to frame them.
That's a wonderful find! Making a nice frame for them should be easy for you.
@@MakeMiniatures Yes and coincidentally I received my order from Aliexpress today with a LOT of molds and some are really small and fine and will make great mini frames. Other will make cornicing for around room and other collums. Now to order some Scultoline or similar to make positives from them, they look good quality. I gave up on using two part resins as too messy and wasteful and expensive ! I also received some of their 1;12 plaster busts to use in another project. NOT enough hours in the day ! xoxoxo
Nice painting you have from Leslie Smith. I love his miniature work. He have painted two of my miniatures as copies of a Swedish nature painter, Bruno Liljefors. 😃

@@MakeMiniatures yes but it was a challange to find a not to blurry painting espesially if you make it in miniatures.

I love your rooms theyre so exquisite!! I bought a lovely book the other day recommended by a youtuber, unfortunately i cant remember who. Its called The Dolls house Book, and its shaped like a dollshouse. It has the history of many houses and one is Titanias palace, im looking forward to reading it. Its in really good condition for its age, printed in 1999. Thanks for taking us on your journeys. Xxx

Aleenes Tack It glue...over and over, is probably the same thing as reposition glue. I like The Museam Putty. I use for my china, grown up size. 😊. Works on miniature but more expensive than Aleenes.
Yes I use that over and over too it’s brilliant. So much less messy than wax! ❤

Ah yes, that's the name. I imagine it is the same stuff. Is Museum Putty like a wax or a glue like Aleene's?
These paintings were popular in the 17th and 18th centuries and many have been painted with similar themes using elements like the glass fishbowl with goldfish. I like them.

I don't know where to start, your house is filled with precious minis, beautiful. The likeness between the paintings is amazing considering one is tiny. The mystery house guest could be a little Dutch spider with the same thought as us "this looks comfy and cosy" :) How exciting to have a piece from Titania's house 💖 One other thing I can not ignore is at 4:26 there is a gorgeous stitched box. I noticed hinges and wondered what it is, very unusual, is it a traditional Dutch sew box? I would love to know, my mini nose is curious and is there anything inside? please 😂Thank you for video super as always.
Thank you! Yes, a spider, who knows, I've certainly got plenty of those here! 😉 I once had a tiny frog in here, only about 3 cm. Of course, I released it back outdoors as I don't think it would have been very happy indoors. I forgot to kiss it.
The embroidered casket was made by a friend of mine. It is based on 17th century English embroidered caskets. So not Dutch 😉 They were used for storing sewing accoutrements, writing implements, letters, jewellery etc. I'll show you more in my vlog next week. So vlog nr. 72 (September 1st I think).
I wouldn't be surprised if you got fairies. Sometimes I check in on my dollhouse and it seems like Victorians gone wild. 😂
I hope I do have fairies. They can lend a hand in keeping the place clean. 😂

Hello Faye, I did teach the chair as a class, many years ago. I planned on doing an online tutorial back then, but it was so complicated I decided to do a live class back then. I could do it using video, but it will take time to prepare so it won't be anytime soon. I'll think about it though!

I just found your channel and have been binge watching today I saw a cabinet where you had a marble top may I ask how you made that or where it came from. Everything I have seen so far is so beautiful and you are so talented
Welcome! I think you're referring to the green marble tops on the side tables? I bought those from a friend of mine who sold them at fairs. She had them specially made. Unfortunately, she passed away last year. I think someone else might take over the business, but I don't know the details yet.

For about 20 years now. Although it has been mostly finished for quite a while now.
