I understand the impatience but your hubby is doing the right thing. Some homesteaders stick to the plan of one new species per year. Preparing the proper housing and fencing is important and not cheap. Poco a poco, my friend.
I tried to talk my husband into getting rabbits at the Sunday market but he said i had to wait until the chicken coop is finished, as i have chicks in the brooder in the house.
