I live in Wesley Chapel and I agree thoughtful planning is definitely needed. With all the new construction and newcomers to the area, more schools are needed. Currently the schools of overcrowded.

What are the Pros & Cons for the 55+ moving to Wesley Chapel area

I definitely agree with thoughtful planning. In Riverview there’s places that need traffic lights which can be dangerous intersections. On the retail aspect we definitely need to diversify and not build things we already have five minutes away. Sometimes the placements of homes and school here don’t make sense to me but that might just be me being picky.

I don't think you are being picky! Those are all such valid points. It seems to be an overall problem in our area
