She lives in an apartment where the owner also lives there, and i also know the owner (because when we were still in the relationship i came there very often). So yeah it literally takes a phone call to know all that details (owner lives in first floor so obviously they know who she brought to her room. And if a guy stayed the night for many days in a row, guess what they were doing all that time? Lol) It hurts bad to know that somebody that you once thought "special" can replace you so quickly and effortlessly, lol. But the fact is that it also helps me move on faster. Now i dont even feel that regretful or sad anymore, especially after knowing the truth. Nothing is really so special about this relationship when I can be replaced so easily, and so it gives me the clarity to also replace her, knowing fully well that i didnt miss out on anything.

Just found out (by coincidence) yesterday that MY Exs new Boyfriend might also be on the Rebound. Found out her new boyfriend, was dumped by his ex in april, then they sort of got together in august, started being intimate in september, but because he was really hurt by the original breakup (she was his big love) he was so afraid of opening up and trying again that he started dating some else on the side (my ex) and then they went into a relationship really quick (4 weeks after she left me), even though he's still clearly not over and maybe even in love with his former ex. Now this sounds like both are rebounding, but does the different stages still apply and will this speed up everything even more? They are 3½ months into the rebound. My ex rebounded/monkey branched after 4 years of relationship. She looks extremely happy. She used to cry when our dates over, when she goes her home back, she used to love me a lot but never shared on social media. She did not need any need of validation. But she is sharing her new relationship frequently. And she looks so happy. It makes me feel really bad. Because while i was suffering, she is making her day with another guy, is her happiness real?

My ex did this 2 weeks ago. He tried messaging me today and I told him that if he loved me, he wouldn't have ran out and had sex with other women right when I said I didn't wanna have sex because I was waiting until marriage. I told him that he was clearly after one thing, and one thing only.
I deserve better than for a man to go sleep around and come back when he's done saying he misses and loves me as if I'm some sort of back up plan. But he can do whatever he wants. It’s none of my business anymore.

Nick, what is your opinion on blocking your ex on social media? My reason for blocking is because I don’t want her to see when I’m online and I don’t want to see her either. I want her to know I’m not trying to see what she’s up to, but does blocking seem to be an emotional over-reaction?

@@TheLoveFix-Nick Obsession/addiction can be a dangerous thing, and most dumpees are not in the mental state to have the willpower to stop it, even if they know it's bad. It's like putting cookies in front of someone who just started their weight loss journey. Better to just not have access to the cookies at all (until you break those habits).

@@TheLoveFix-Nick no all I did was temporarily deactivate my account for few days. Because I'm so fed up of being used. But it feels like he's trying to force me back into his life. He has officially broke in my trust. But it just feels like he is telling me to hurry up and trust him again. He's all upset at me for not responding to him. I think me being busy doing other stuff is a big problem. He blocked me for not responding to his messages he's not making things easier he's making things a lot harder for me. I'm tired of being blocked over something little. I just haven't used Facebook for a few days I just didn't feel like talking to anyone at the time cuz I was busy with family Christmas New year's and all that stuff. But he's all pissed off at me just for not saying Merry Christmas or New year's back to him. And now I hear he doesn't want to talk to me because of that.
