man i've learned so much from when breakup happened til now. people really ARE addicted to that honeymoon phase. it's insane. those same people are addicted to short term gains. i just don't get the logic. but hey, we all make our own hell, right? so let them keep making theirs while the smart people like us level up and move on to greater things.
Read a book called Everything is f*cked by Mark Manson. It explains why humans chase this honeyMoon period with everything in life, not just relationships.
they don’t know any better these days. a lot of people come from broken families or single parent households so they don’t know our grand parents who stayed together for years and taught what it took to stay together. All people see now is divorces and parents move from person to person. my opinion

@@1111spiritualone that and that people don't love themselves enough to be alone. Society makes you feel as if being single is a bad thing, so people force relationships just to have someone.
@@ozzie-no-sweat i agree. We have to do better. I love my ex and since the breakup i chose to be alone, however she started seeing someone else as soon as we broke up. she just keeps moving from person to person. Our whole relationship she talked about her previous ex and compared us but sweared she was over her. i decided to just heal the right way. i wish her well 🤓.

Going on 5 weeks now,
Very minimal contact only a couple texts between but she is very cold and distant.

me and my gf had a good relationship but she was struggling to be affectionate due to her mental state she broke up with me and apologized called me her best friend etc i did not beg i simply said we should work through it together but i accept the breakup and left i started no contact straight away. 1 day going strong!

Missed the worst one. My dumper came back to sleep with me just to make her new bf jealous after he dumped her, hoping she could get him back. Took me a bit to realize this and when I did, it broke my heart all over again.

He’s not in a relationship with anyone but he is dealing with someone after the breakup smh . Tryna stay focused on myself . We have 3 kids . I’m not chasing him anymore I took accountability but he won’t take accountability for any wrong he did as well so I’m over it . Thanks for the video!

My ex is still in a rebound relationship but I don’t know of what he wanted. It felt like he’s giving me a mixed signal. I still loved him though. But I respect his relationship with my ex friend slash rebound girl.
Ps the funny thing is my ex friend still got the nerve to get mad at me. LOL
The restaurant analogy is a good one even when I go to new restaurants I try things I’m siimilar with I know what I want soon as I look at the menu but still spend 20 min pretending I’m going try something new 😂

I’m not even fully sure who was what this final time. We had serious tension and stress and fights just never ended. She said she fell out of love with me. I was hurt and ultimately left. Can’t fight those things. But this is the same woman who wouldn’t accept my boundaries for years. Got me to have a child with her. Used that child to further shame me and devalue me through smiles. I felt I was leaving to give her what she wanted and then she said that’s finally what she wants. But it wasn’t simple like that. She didn’t want to say any final statements. Anything to signal she was done and wouldn’t try to hoover me again. The lack of responses and closure she always promised she would give If we ended as to why, and obviously why she didn’t want to make an effort to work on the relationship together. So I’m a tad borderline my self, and completely bottomed out. Just typical bpd cycle or anxiety anger paranoia sadness pleasing boundary rolling apologizing for every issue ever. But then remembering the reasons I initiated to space. The fact she immediately has a replacement a day after head in my lap trying to talk through things, just completely gutted me. I don’t know which way is up atm.
That sounds like a rough situation man and I’m sorry to hear that.
But here’s the thing. We are who we attract, so why did you stay with a woman that wouldn’t accept your boundaries? That’s where your self work needs to be focused on.
My ex dumped me because things were going to slow he wanted to be living together within a year of knowing me and other stuff but I found out yesterday I’m not the first girl he’s done this to I’m the third person that when things are going great he ends it and he also has no empathy so NC won’t work either 😔😔😔
If you’re not the first he’s done it to then it’s probably him who is the problem.

What if he left he said he going to focus on work would like to come back in future. He called me and text me with indirect messages after 2 months I ignored him because I was expecting an apology text. Not a hope you are ok and a phone call. Any way it’s 5 month since he last phoned and I am still in no contact. But I am sure he want to fix things between us do you think he will finally come forward?

It sounds like she’s not emotionally available and it’s not your problem to fix.
With DA attachment they want connection but it terrifies them. Only she can fix that.
I think you will be better served staying no contact, work on you and know there are better options out there.
