Even though I do not have Parkinson's, I engage in many upper and lower body routines. My cervical spine is arthritic with limited mobility, and my thoracic spine is problematic. Hi Mike - The Parkinson’s Outcomes Project study shows that 2.5 hours of weekly exercise along with medication, can significantly improve quality of life for people living with Parkinson's.
I think you just play it on your computer or tablet or phone. Then go to your tv with a TH-cam connection and look at your history. It should appear there if you use the same account as your non-tv account. It helps to select subscribe.
