How To Change Facebook Login Phone Number To Email

Learn how to change your login on Facebook from using your phone number to your email address in this quick and easy tutorial.
Facebook can both link your phone number as well as your email to your account. Depending on which you initially used to sign up for the account, you will need to use that to login. However, if you would rather not use your phone number to login anymore and prefer your email you can follow these steps.
The key is to make sure you add the email you want to use to login, then you will make sure to mark it as your primary email address so Facebook knows to use it for login purposes. After that, if you want to you can delete your phone number so it's no longer linked or tied to your Facebook account.

I want to disable the login by phone, but I want to keep my number associated to it in case I need to reclaim access. Not sure how hackers are cracking 37-character passwords in less than 3 hours!
