How to Change Your Email Address on Facebook
Have you ever found yourself in a situation where you needed to switch to a new email address on Facebook? Or perhaps, you've been through the stressful experience of having your previous email hacked, which was tied to your Facebook account?
Follow the steps as shown in this video, and learn "How to Change Your Email Address on Facebook.
1. Open your web browser.
2. Type facebook.com in the web address bar, and press the Enter key on your keyboard.
3. In the first box, type your email that is registered with your Facebook account.
4. Type your Facebook password, and click on the Login button.
5. At the top right, click on your profile icon.
6. Click on the Settings and Privacy option from the drop-down list, and then click on Settings.
7. Click on the OK button in the pop-up box to close it.
8. In the Your Facebook information page, and the right side of the first option of "Access profile information", click on View.
9. Click on the Personal Information option from the left panel.
10. On the Personal information page on the right side, click on the "Your Contact information" option.
11. In the Contact info section on the right side of your email, click on the pencil icon to change your email.
12. Click on the Add/Remove Email Address with the plus icon.
13. In the pop-up box, click on the Add new contact.
14. Click on the Add Email Address from the drop-down list.
15. Enter your new email address in the box.
16. Select the Radio button on the right side of your user name.
17. Click on the Next button and follow the screen instructions to change your email address on Facebook.

Done this about 6 times and it won't accept my gmail email saying it's an invalid email address...which it is. Too bad FB can't be bothered with any sort of support!

If I change my email, will it send a verification code or something to my old email? I can no longer access to it and I’m afraid I might get locked out permanently.

I have the same issue. Facebook keeps sending a verification code to my old email which I have no access to. So I can't remove the old email, add a new email, update another email which is pending. Besides the email issue, my registered phone number is also the same. I have no way to verify my info and there is no live person to talk to.
