Greek Frappe • Iced Coffee

Good morning Coffee Lovers ❤️☕
Happy Wednesday everyone ☺️
A couple weeks back I made Dalgona Coffee and one of the users commented about trying out Greek Frappe which is quite similar except the order of which the milk being added on top of the whipped coffee which makes the mixing and integration between the coffee and milk much easier.
Now the recipe for the whipped coffee itself remains identical which is the equal amount of hot water, coffee and sugar. Depending on the number of servings you may want to start with 1 tablespoon each to start as I find 2 tablespoons to be too much in my opinion.
Recipe:
1. Add sugar
2. Add boiling hot water
3. Add coffee
4. Whip it for use hand frother until thickened
5. Add ice
6. Add milk
7. Enjoy ❤️

Actually Greek frappe is all water and not milk. What you have made is similar to Dalgona coffee🇬🇷✌️

Hi 👋 yep I totally agree if we are looking at classic Greek Frappe then you are absolutely correct. I changed it to a different name and so many people still kept saying this is Greek Frappe so I kept it 😅

Hehe I know this is Greek coffee but here's what I wanted to share with you just for a laugh 😂 every 1 in 2 Greeks would say this is not Greek coffee 😜 I don't know why but I guess people make this coffee differently in different parts of Greece? 😂

If you use condensed milk you will be removing the sugar from the recipe. There’s no need to have sugar and condensed milk. The drink will be too sweet.

This is not the Greek frappe. Greek frappe is made with a little milk and then you add the water at the end.

We don't use so much milk in greek frappe. We use more water and less milk!!! You can also drink it without any milk!!

However, it should be noted that this coffee is VERY bitter, if it's Nescafe Classic. I drink it the exact way, but at the shops it's made with just water unless told to add milk. But VERY bitter, indeed, without milk.

@@strellitalunar1498 hola, segun se mira es 1 cucharada de café soluble una cuchara de azúcar 30 ml de agua, mezclas y añades el hielo y una taza de leche y listo, así lo prepare, ya tu lo puedes ajustar a tu gusto, saludos
