    I had a 2020 Denali 2500 Duramax. Sticker was $78,400. There is absolutely no way these new trucks are worth $22,000 more.

      Your dollar is what's lost its value. Along with some corporate greed. Why not charge the mark up right in the MSRP? OEM's got jealous of dealers during Covid.

      He's also showing you the price of a 3500HD and the Denali Ultimate, not just the Denali. A 2024 2500HD Denali is $85,685. So, it has gone up $7,465 in 4 years - $1,866 per year. Which is still disappointing, but not that extreme and absolutely in line with inflation on everything else.
      The interior upgrades are easily worth that alone, but also the HP and torque have improved over that time.

    • @joshuajuarez3471

      You are right friend. Denali and platinum and limited used to have way more options. Like wood trim on steering wheel. And a 6.2 gas on half tons with AWD option. Now they are all the same. It’s all just diff trim colors and color match bumpers and grilles. That it. On ford. It different interior colors. That’s all. Ppl are suckers.

    • @benjamincoon3158
      @benjamincoon3158 22 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @fit4ya1975 Lol, if you think the interior upgrades are minor, that is laughable. It's a night and day difference. The interior was extremely outdated. But, while you say the HP and torque are minor, that increased towing capacity from 14500 to 20k plus (for the Denali/Denali Ultimate trim). I guess beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but the interior is specifically why I didn't buy a new one, I stuck with my 2017 because it was the same. I'm now going to get the 2024 Denali Ultimate or wait until October to get the 2025 depending on what updates they make. But they also improved the leather and included real wood in the interior (again, a real upgrade imo) the seats now have a massage feature (you can say it is a gimmick, but I quite enjoy it). So, maybe the better way to say it is, if you have the money and purchasing a 90k vehicle isn't a problem, those upgrades are worth the additional 7,465 from 2020 to 2024. Especially when you consider, adjusted for inflation $78,400 in 2020 is the equivalent of $94,981.14 in 2024. So the fact that it has only gone up 7500, instead of 16,581. The real bitch of the equation is the interest rate that you could've gotten in 2020 (if you financed) compared to what you would get in 2024.

    I work in truck accessories, and I will say the GMC Denali pretty much does everything it can to make sure installing bumpers, light bars, aftermarket fog lights, or really anything is nearly impossible for consumers. I’m talking custom tools that the average Joe installing stuff won’t have. The ford you can install with just a handful of tools in most cases.

      You can modify a Denali Ultimate or a Denali to have an offroad bumper and a winch. There is the GMC SLT, AT4 and lower trims that can have anything installed. I am not sure what you are talking about.
