For nostalgia purposes I need to get another bottle, this is a true OG imo. Blue EDP is good but Blue Gold blend is great, didn’t care too much for Deep Blue Parfum.
Years ago I got an unsolicited compliment on public transport from a mature lady while wearing this. I have well over 100 bottles and have only finished a handful of bottles. I've gone through two 30ml and a 120 ml of this. Need to get the edp.

Pues el Polo EDT al estrenarse al comenzar el siglo XXI, en si posee toda la energía y el espíritu de esa época... Generalmente los aficionados se enfocan al parfum pero olvidan el primero, como bien lo mencionas el clásico, el clásico es y siempre será el clásico. Just bought a 200ml of this EDT. Couldn’t find a 200ml in the EDP that was at a price that wouldn’t just make sense to buy 2 100ml testers from a proper discounter, otherwise, that would have been my buy. I have to spray heavier with the EDT to get what I want. I just strike a good balance with the EDP, but the EDT is awesome and classic. Chanel may have made blue fragrances classy, but this to me will always be the OG that’s suitable for the every day hard working gentleman.
I don't really like this fragrance. I tried it on the other day and when I first sprayed it it smelled fresh. I didn't think it was as good as other scents these days... really kind of smelled like hygiene products such as shower gel and a bit of aftershave... which is nice, but it's not really what I would call a luxury perfume. The point is, it smelled good, smelled fresh, kind of gave you that 'straight out of the shower' feeling... but after half an hour it really began to tank. It just began smelling like any cheap dollar store spray at that point, and it got obnoxiously worse until it began fading. It's funny because the scent is both too weak in terms of it's projection but also has the industrial odour of a scent that is much stronger. This is in pretty stark contrast to most modern good perfumes which come on a bit too strong when they are first sprayed and then after about 20 minutes they settle in and you get to smell an enjoyable progression of different layers of scents. I find that fragrances like Chanel Bleu and Versace Eros both behave the same way, having a peak scent within the first 3 hours and then gradually getting softer in a pleasant way. Polo Blue is just pleasant when when you first spray it but it soon becomes obnoxious. It's really a different tier of fragrances to what we have today and it's kind of like trying to sell flip-phones in a market used to smart-phones. Sure it can still get the job done but it's really not the same thing. When we say 'phone' today we no longer mean what we used to in the 90's and 2000's; and when we say 'fragrance' today we don't mean whatever Ralph Lauren is making.
Does anyone know when this fragrance was first reformulated? I can’t find anything online about it. Not talking about any of the crappy flankers. The original 2002 bad boy.
i got polo blue when it came out as a gift, i was also 17 lol. but when this came out, it really was stronger. im the same way though, out of all the flankers i still go back to the edt as the favorite...with gold blend close behind. to me gold blend does for polo blue what parfumo does for AdG edt....with not quite as good performance lol
I LOVE the scent as a casual wear and recently finished off my original/old 2.5 oz bottle, but yeah, with such terrible performance, I'd never get it again. I want to try the newer flankers--EDP and parfum--but without cucumber and melon, I feel like I'd miss that.
I respect your opinion at the end of the day you get what you pay for, I got the polo green cologne intense yeah it only lasts maybe 5 to 6 hours love it or hate it its great for everyday especially at this time of year.

I am not a big fan of Polo blue kinda for the same reason you like it, memories. I had an abusive person in my life that wore that fragrance so I smell it and think of that demon. I do like the flankers Deep blue parfum and especially gold blend with the incense is my favorite.
i was looking for a nice fresh cucumber'ish fragrance, i needed this video! i have 2 questions tho 1. is eternity aqua the same but for a better price? 2. are nautica voyage and eternity aqua similar? because i have voyage in my collection
Polo blue edt is much lighter and airy, fresh than eternity aqua. I like EA but it is heavier and spicy with the plum. Polo smells higher quality imo, it is similar to voyage but not nearly as earthy and green to me. It's a legit great anytime 3-4 hour frag. It's most similar to Armani aqua profumo to me, just lighter. This shines at work in office, no ambroxen, nothing but clean and innofenisive and more masculine than Prada llhomme leu

Polo Blue is a timeless classic. It’s one of my favorites and is definitely a must have in anyone’s collection. Great video Ross!

I had It! Don't know how I lost it...lol...But I bought the EDP 4.2oz last Jan., and just as before, that greenish, bluish smell is the best!

I actually bought this as a blind buy....40ml for $30 bucks Canadian. it's actually pretty good and perfect for summer.

Exactly thats the reason why i like the fragrance i feel like a edp would take the fresh airy feeling it gives
I have a 50ml. It's nice, but yeah, doesn't last long.

I wanted to buy polo blue parfum however I’ve heard Calvin Klein enterity aqua is similar and cheaper should I just go with CK or polo?
