Welcome back to SM Gilbert Traditional, today Ryan is discussing the exterior facade. This home wherever there isn't siding will be brick veneer or stone applied to the stucco. So this home will be completely covered showing no stucco at any location of the home. At this time the plan is to whitewash or paint the stone and brick. We will be back with an update video showing what paint and style of whitewash we will do.

Veneer is garbage especially brick veneer. Real masonry lasts longer and is quieter safer and looks better
