The best work is always self explanatory. Just like this video. I like how you and your son work and it self demonstrates the skill. You never say your the best. You don’t have too. It shows. Versus others who 99.9% of their videos say how their the best and how lucrative their work is and how much work they have and how they do all this work for high end clients and etc etc etc but never touch a trowel…

Your work is consistent and it’s great to watch a work video without you narrating bs and how the economy is going and how good you are and you offer consultation packages etc etc etc…. Your work is solid and you don’t sound like other(s) who seem to be spiraling out of work and has to emphasize their greatness to fill that void. Truth
LOL shows that they have no clue how to properly instal a stone veneer wall. Literally didn't do any wall prep and applied the veneer directly to the existing exterior material. Will trap water and allow rot to happen internally, not to mention the wall "popping" off due to water entrapment during freeze/thaw cycles. This is NOT how you apply a stone veneer unless you like coming back to rebuild the entire wall from the ground up

Wow, that's a lot of weight being supported by the synthetic stucco. Nevertheless, good video.
What would you do? Run a single row of block at the back to help support it?

I stopped watching after the very first piece of stone. You can see how loose it is. Not bonded properly. Best way is to plaster the mix on the wall first with a notched trowel and I also put some on the back of the stone. Much better adhesion.
