Your characters have a higher probability of pepping up when other characters are pepped up so after one is pepped, pep up hero. The other two will pep up within a few turns. If three characters are pepped up the fourth one will pep up within 2 turns so you can use electrolyte and hallelujah much faster!!!
From level 75 to 95 within 2 hours. Excellent video. If you have a pep pip, give it to jade to speed things up for the second pep. I got mine back at the end of the fight because of hallelujah
For that last part after you put the metal slimes to sleep, you can sub out Hero or Rab for Hendrick and use Hatchet Man (if you've specced axes), as a third "crit or miss" ability. Doesn't make a huge difference at that point, but it's another way to 1-shot any metal slime.
The Metal Slimes you get are to your party levels or where you are in the game. So if you used Electro Light in Act 1 you will only get regular Metal Slimes.
I’ve tried this in the past and works great if you don’t get the robots. I found it easier just to casually play the game and swap out jade, Sylvando and rob once they get pepped up. Once they are, get hero pepped up save the game and do electrolyte then the sleeping pep power. I think it’s after level 70 is when you start getting the king and 2 liquids for around 300k experience. That way you never really have to grind to much
After using electro light you could swap out Hero and Rab, who are useless by that point, for Serena and Hendrik. Serena should use a spear, and Hendrik should use an axe. And they should have the abilities Thunder thrust and Hatchet man. Doing that might slightly help if Dirge of Dundrasil fails to connect on all the slimes. It has certainly helped many times in my experience. Also set battle speed to ultra fast if your playing definitive edition. That will save time.
@@HakuMashiro I tried this method last night and the results were up to my expectations. but i hard a harder time encountering hardy hands. even after 8 encounters, still no hardy hands, so i just gave up on them and focus on pepping up and getting electrolight and hallelujah.
What would be the difference if not hardy hand at first. Waiting for it adds too much complication. The 3 metal slimes will give lots of xp on their own. Will try hallelujah soon, didn’t know about this one. Thanks
To gain a lot of gold, use Cetacea to go to the First Forest way station and look for the hula hoop monsters, use Erik to steal the shields that can sell for $30,000 each. That's how I got a lot of Pep Pops and a lot of gold
Hi, you'll need to level up and get skill points. You can also use seed of skill if you know where to farm them. Critical Claim is either somewhere at the very top of Erik's board or very bottom. I don't remember but it's one of the two.
i have thunder thrust and lightning thrust but could you still use hatchet man with hendrik because jade some times gets out of magic with her femfatle for me
I keep getting machines with electro light :( first time spawned regular metal slimes then the next 4 times in a row I got robots... Is this just rng or am I doing something wrong??
@@HakuMashiro My luck finally turned xD but I still feel like keeping Erik instead of Rab is a bit faster for slime killing (using accelerate on Erik instead of Rab). Also with Sylvando staying in the line after Electro Light he kind of wastes a crit potential if it becomes his turn, unless he has a crit skill I dont know about? Also thanks for the video guide! @@ericfutrell6618 That's just how the developers designed them I guess. Try casting acceleratle on your party to try and prevent them from running away. Dirge of Dundrasil also helps keeping them from running away.

@@HakuMashiro Yeah I did! even without Hardy hands, i was able to level up 4-5 levels by just hitting king and liquid metal slimes.

Hey man, brilliant video! Your explanation is solid, can’t wait to try this out... also, +1 sub!

How do I unlock critical claim for Erik??
For some reason I cannot get to it, and I'm in act 3.

Could have made it shorter by using Acceleratle in the beginning and having Mystic accessory, more turns equals more chances to pep up
Thanks for the suggestion! I never thought of that. 🙂
It's an old game I just got into. No problem brother. Your vid still have me insight and of course I support !

What exactly does Mystic do? Did you mean have Rab equip mystic then let Sylvando to cast accelerate on him then put Eric in his place?

It doesnt work anymore. Been trying for 2 hours now
That's some bad RNG ☹️
I don’t understand the need for electro light when you already have hardy hands in the battle. forget the metal slimes. just farm the hardy hands.
It's because this is just a metal slime farm guide, disguised as something else. The metal slimes is what gives the massive exp.
You are just doing the metal slime grind with extra steps
Sorry...
Why do they have them run away so fast
The metal slimes?
@@HakuMashiro yes
@@ericfutrell6618 That's just how the developers designed them I guess. Try casting acceleratle on your party to try and prevent them from running away. Dirge of Dundrasil also helps keeping them from running away.
This is so risky... I meant of the electro light could misscall the slime
You save beforehand so you do not waste resources, also it's better to do the normal metal slime grind way.
You are lucky its not those robots dudes thats comes out otherwise this method is just wasting of time, but nevertheless its a good video
