Thanks for your work Max. I completed 1C this week. Feels big as have overcome a few hurdles getting this far. Niggles in lower back have now resolved. Really bad post workout DOMs meant was lucky to do 40min/week for last few weeks. This week though not only hit 100/40 targets but felt strong doing them….and energised for rest of the day. - not the end…..but maybe the end of the beginning as Churchill said. Next stop 1D.
