So the numbers and everything was actually apart of the Poppy ARG where that outside factory image was the banner for a few in-universe character Twitter pages. The numbers spell out words in Latin that were used as passwords to access an FTP server in the ARG.

How much you wanna bet that the Devs let this leak happen? Lol. Its a genius idea cuz a lot of gamers LOVE knowing the behind the scenes type stuff in video games! I could watch a documentary on every game I like being developed and seeing all the older, unfinshed stuff, the cut stuff. All of it! A documentary for each game. I could watch them one after another and never be bored.
Wish we could have seen more of the development of chapters 1 and 2 but this is amazing! I mean the fact that they started making a multiplayer over a month before the trailer for chapter 2 even released is crazy.
pretty sure those two boxy photos (smile and frown) were just the devs messing with boxy's model the devs of the game seem like the type of people to do this type of stuff.
thinking of the cameras, a cool idea would be a power outage, the monsters get very low visibility light, (minus say huggy?) and 1 survivor gets locked in a monsterproof camera room, the cameras still work (backup power i guess) and they must direct the survivors to the power room to restore power, keeping an eye on where the monsters and players are and having to direct em to where the power is, warning them to hide if monsters are near.

The monsters cant see, excpet for the red lights that lead to the camera room, so the camera player must both keep track of the monsters and the players, keep out the monsters and guide the players, the monsters can still eat the other players but with so low visibility it will be easier to head to the camera room

To the costume presets - I believe on the day of the planned release that didn't happen, during a dev QnA, it was confirmed to be happening in the future. Also, there are 3 maps in the making - one we know and the two you found. So yes, we KNOW we will have 5 maps!

There was an Hat in Time gigaleak too. Which had a few videos and such too. Before one of the devs noticed that someone was Downloading the files from the secret assets website.
They should introduce a small playable monster. I like to imagine it’s very fast and can crawl through vents and such maybe even hide easier to ambush players
Actually, the generators are NOT scrapped, they are placed in specific locations on the map, and only activate to show the blue hand and such if you use the monster sabotage "Shutdown" which makes the generators turn on and survivors have to activate them by placing their hands on it to charge it up to make the puzzles work again, just thought I'd put that out there.
Tbh, it’s great to see the devs memeing during production…messing with models and either accidentally or on purpose making really stupid looking monsters. Boxy boo being sad was probably a way to express sadness after messing up a boxy boo model with the image before it.
A part of me really wishes something like this happened with SB after release because there is so much of that game that was cut before release that all of these cool BTS videos and such would've been so neat to see, just to see where it all went wrong. Apart from that this is super neat and I love how passionate and fun the dev team seems to be, truly just a bunch of talented people doing what they love. Poppy Playtime may have gotten a rough start but it's by far one of my absolute favorites and the team looks to be having tons of fun

The icons of the toy parts that appear in 17:06 are actually used, when a survivor has a toy part, that icon will appear showing which toy part is the survivor holding
I think the outdoor map wont make it in the game ever because lore wise it would be confusing like if someone picks huggy on that map then he can escape again and eat everyone in sight but he wouldnt go back to the factory if he can get out of it and chapter 1 can’t happen

The clip at 21:09 is probably a test for Boxy Boo's grab mechanic instead of Huggy's charge.
You can kinda see the player part if you use Boxy's hand on a puzzle in the Early Access release, as it activates the puzzle for a second.
