I believe it's good enough for a 2023 Submarine at least.

or is it? 🤔
But they said the controller failed

The "Sea" of competition is crazy logitech really put a lot of "depth" into this controller.
So much so it imploded

@@_zigger_ Logitech killed George Floyd. Poor monkey
Great for driving tanks, planes, drones and even boats. Not so good for submarines
I would rather take a deep dive
I've actually had this controller for more than four years now, and I must say it's been an absolute champ. This controller has been a reliable companion throughout countless gaming sessions, never giving me a single hiccup when it comes to connectivity. The buttons on this thing feel so satisfying to press, and the joysticks are smooth and responsive, adding to the overall immersive experience.
Now, let's talk about a slight issue I encountered while playing the popular submarine game "Subnautica." For some mysterious reason, the game doesn't allow me to ascend using the right joystick. It's a bit frustrating, I won't lie, but the rest of the controller's functionality remains intact, and it still works perfectly fine in other games. 100% recommended!
Not trusting this after the submarine accident 💀🙏
@@Dark_4realthis controller is wireless and use bluetooth while the xbox 360 ones that the US Military used have usb so disconnection is impossible and for this one imagine 4000 feet underwater how do u not expect it to not disconnect?
Absolutely agree with the person who gave the reviews and I think y’all should buy/try this.
@@Dark_4realThe controller wasn't the reason it imploded.
@@Dark_4realThe controller survived the implosion. It was found in the wreckage
@@ricedbroccolinahh the controller has some plans ☠️☠️☠️
Not gonna lie, Logitech’s marketing department is seriously benefitting from this controller
No I think its stock actually went down by titanic levels
@@micheal1289 well I guess that works titanically too
They aren't designed to use it at extreme altitude, like you use bicycles wheels for heavy hauling
The Alvin Submersible uses a white portable Logitech keyboard for some functions.
amazon sales have gone up
all jokes aside, this controller was probably the most reliable, well-tested subcomponent of that submarine
complete with cheetos dust and mountain dew spill yes...
But it’s wireless
It actually survived when nothing else did
@@Frey0776 🤣🤣😂 good one 👍
No it's not, it's a wireless Bluetooth controller. How reliable is a Bluetooth device under miles and miles of water?, exactly 0

here 3 weeks after and now that it doesn't feel too soon and I almost spit out my drink when I heard him say that. if hell is real they deff have a spot with my name on it
Logitech should release this controller - Titanic Edition.
'Will that be waterproof
😅🤣
💀
It's good enough for doomed multi-million dollar irl submersibles, so hey why not.
Sure. Those from sea recognyssance plane heard "bum-bum"
I wouldn't recommend this for controlling submarines tbh
🤣
100% recommend flying a plane with it though!
This controller is so good it has dual vibration feedback motors that lets you feel the game, discover a new level of feedback you can feel with every hit, crash and explosion in games and ocean floors that support vibration feedback.
What? 😂
Truly the most immersive controller rumble
Incredible hd rumble feature feels like you're really imploding
Don't forget about implosion feedback!
But is this rated for depths of 4000meters? Just wondering....
No, only up to 3000 m
I heard the up button doesn't work. Can anyone confirm
Would like to remind people is that even though the AA batteries last long please keep spares with you, especially if you are going to use this to pilot a submarine
$250,000 per person and they used this $30 controller to control a submarine in the millions of dollars? 😂 They’d still be alive if they spent more on a solid gold Xbox controller.
lm sure a wired gamecube controller would be better
They probably got stickdrift along the way and they're far out by now
For us it was "refurbished", and batteries still sort of worked.
@@elreyecjust don’t buy GameCube or any controllers from DK oldies and you’ll be fine.
for that 250k a person they could've probably borrowed gaben's submarine
the rating went down a lot due to a submarine incident
hey man, any chances you could help me troubleshoot this controller? It disconnected and i’m stuck at the bottom of the ocean!
lol 😂
😅🤣
Very handy for splash damage.
😂
Nah 💀
Does this controller operate 3700 meters underwater? Asking for a friend.
Not worth it in 2023, 250.000 USD is overpriced af, anyway take my sub, thanks for the in-depth review, really got to the bottom of the ocean with your review.
just play other submarine games... $250k for a once in a lifetime experience is not worth. You even need to pay for dlc for the return back to surface, in order to continue playing
@@ashurad_fox5991I'll stick with gta v.
They really used this to control a submarine bruh☠️☠️
Help, I was using this controller for my submarine and now I'm lost.
lol did you forget the batteries ???
hahhahaha
Try turning it off and on again
Sticky buttons, joycons drag, disconnects, short circuits my deep sea submarine.
Is that what happened? I'm really unaware lol
I was playing subnautica using this controller, and the stick drift was horrible! my sub crashed at the sea floor!
Not if you're controlling a submarine it's not!
Hey man, I hooked it up to my submarine and stick drift drove me into the side of the R.M.S. Titanic! Any tips for fixing stick drift?
Please dont buy this controller for submarines. Get a PS5 controller instead. Downside to it is that the stickdrift is imminent and ur submarine will go round and round.
I’m using the switch joycons for my submarine. It moves just by waving them around. Thinking about switching it to the steam deck though. I always wanted the Wii U like experience when I drive my sub.
it's worth the haptics tbh
No just get the Gulikit Kingkong 2 controller! The sticks don't drift because they use hall effect with magnets! Or just replace the sticks in the ps5 controller with the gulikit ones. They offer replacement sticks for many different kinds of controllers

Hi, thinking of using this controller to pilot my submarine/submersible to depths upto 3.8km do you recommend for this use or do you think i should get something more modern than a 12 year old xbox 360 knock off? Thanks.
For a couple hours, I was receiving all these comments about a submarine. I had to look it up. -_-
@BimBurger haha enjoy the boost in views my dude. 👍 Heck I play Elite Dangerous and stuff with a PS4/5 controller but couldn't imagine using one on a sub or something like those billionaires did...

Great controller apart from the joystick drift. I was manning a sub with this bad boy and I’ve seem to have gotten myself lost. I even tried up, down, left, right, L1, L2, R1, R2 and still no luck.
You're doing it wrong. It's up, down, up, down, left, right, left, right, B, A.
It was L3 + R3 for emergency resurfacing.

It’s crazy that we now have one of these mixed with the wreckage of a 111 years old ship.

Nope, I even had to look up what had happened because I had no fkn clue what a Titanic Sub was.
First comment about it said something like "Too soon?" I was all "too soon for what?"
this review comment section will be deep of jokes
Do you think a wired controller will be okay for a submarine or am I fine with my wireless? Asking for a friend.
I would recommend wired connection Lira accuracy. When you use Bluetooth/wireless it can cause lag issues when exploring the ocean floor.
@@artimus7525 uh, let's say hypothetically my friend is there. Which options would be best if he is probably dealing with some lag (bare minimum)
Is it designed for submarine simulators? Coz I’ve got an idea

This was a good *Deep dive.* You deserve a *Sub.*
Bro it's a canon event💀
SpongeBob got his delivery of this controller today and it's still not bad!
Bruh, SpongeBob is at Bikini Bottom (like, near Bikini Atoll). That's like if I ordered a controller and instead of heading to Michigan, it ended up in Afghanistan.
I still love the joke, though 👍
I used this in a fighting game tournament. My Up wasn't working and my down was sticking. I drowned in pools.
does this thing work 12,500 ft. underwater? if not i want my money back.
I found your video in incognito when looking up something about it for a friend and had to log in to let you know how useful this was. It's not just filled with information but rather useful and important information, and on top of that it is very well formatted in a way that makes it easier to understand.

I got this controller shipped to my home in Ocean Gate, New Jersey, the quality is so amazing, it feels like its worth 250,000 dollars. I could play for 96 hours on this thing and not get tired!
