Far superior building to the weird, over the top garish Riviera condos and the crazy Copacabana condo building where you can wait 10 minutes for an elevator.... This building is quiet, classy, right next door to a 7-11 and you are on the main drag of Pratumnak... tonnes of restaurants and a 5-7 minute walk to the beach... It checks all the boxes...
So many great condos. I have yet see one which contains a workdesk, hehe. I'm going to take advantage of the new remote working visa when it comes. I'm a young man in the 30's. If u feel like doing some videos on condos that would be good for remote workers, would be awesome!^ Great vids! I hope I can reach out to you in the future if need be. :D

Very nice but for those prices one could get a pool villa (on freehold) with REAL square footage.
