I’m a mother of 4. I think it would be wise to stop villianizing women who choose not to bear children or be housewives. It’s not for everyone, just like being single forever isn’t for everyone. Pressuring young women to get married and have children when deep down they really don’t want to only leads to broken women and broken children. It's a self-correcting problem. She has maybe 15 years of potential fertility.. 20 if she is lucky (or unlucky as the case may be) She has a few years left before she ends up old and potentially miserable due to not having anyone who cares if she even exists. She may have friends.. but she will likely not have family. Likely she will be bemoaning her choice at that time and wishing she had chosen differently. My son is 22 and I was so glad when he moved out of the house and I had my freedom again you don't realize what freedom is and how great it is until you've lost it for 18 years like I did! I think the idea "it's my choice, deal with it/ nothing wrong with it" is wrong because it is selfish in a way that only you matter, your comfort matters more and you don't open yourself up. I think this is the only time I’ve never agreed with Candace Owen’s. We don’t know this girls story. I’m a mother of 4. I think it would be wise to stop villianizing women who choose not to bear children or be housewives. It’s not for everyone, just like being single forever isn’t for everyone. Pressuring young women to get married and have children when deep down they really don’t want to only leads to broken women and broken children. I love my kids, I love my husband, I’m a housewife and I am genuinely so happy. But that’s ME. I’d never ever put pressure on another woman to live like I live. I have a daughter and I don’t put that pressure on her. She can be whomever she chooses and I will support her as long as she’s genuinely happy.

I think the idea "it's my choice, deal with it/ nothing wrong with it" is wrong because it is selfish in a way that only you matter, your comfort matters more and you don't open yourself up. Comfort zones help but they make you chaotic and stupid too. I never wanted to have kids but kids make us want to be a better person like an external push from someone other than you as they learn from us. Also, being disciplined makes life easier, i guess. Yeah, it's always individual choices but why don't we make healthy ones?

She’s 29. Unfortunately time doesn’t stand still. She’s young, can go out drink and hit concerts, and can still attract men…for now. But she’s got about 5-6 years left tops to “turn the page” and prepare for the next 50 years on the planet. If she continues this, there’d a huge chance she regrets it. Once she’s 40 her feeling on being alone, going to concerts and boozing may change, probably will. And it’ll be too late.

They have to date a while, get married etc… can’t “start” having kids at 38-39 since every pregnancy is “high risk” after 35. Got it? It’s unfair to women, but they’re on a biological clock. I think this is the only time I’ve never agreed with Candace Owen’s. We don’t know this girls story. Maybe she physically can’t have kids for health reasons or knows from trying and not succeeding with past partners and was trying to find the bright side of the situation to stay positive for her and others in the same boat. I’m someone who’s been trying for 2 years to have a child with my husband so I can sympathize with this woman. And it was re-encouraging to be reminded of the reasons that not having a kid right now is a lot lot easier than having one.
