Also please check the description bar especially for my UK pre- meds who are coming here as I have also written some information there which will benefit you. Love you always, have a blessed day ❤️
Heyyy I’m preparing for my entrance exam on 20 September I haven’t done chemistry in a levels so struggling a bit but I’m only doing the questions that interhecs provided the notes confuse me. So is that’s fine?
Hey this is the first time I've watched your videos. Love it ❤️ It's so simple and straight to the point. Exactly what I needed :) On average how many lectures and seminars would you have in a day? I was surprised when you said the schedule isn't packed because everyone else acts like you won't have any time for yourself or anything else for that matter.
We have about 2 lectures maybe on a busy day and 2 seminars. You do get time for yourself, please do not worry too much a lot of people give out misinformation x
Hi I am 3 yes late but can you tell me how exactly are we supposed to submit our documents to the Sophia University??? As in each and everything from my passport to my marksheet of high school needs to be translated in Bulgarian language??? Also talkin' about the agencies is it necessary or important to have an agency for getting admitted into the university?
Hey! Great detailed video and so helpful !! 🙏🙏. I have a question, you mentioned about being awarded a masters degree how does that work? Is it like a double degree? And does it show on your diploma that you got both masters and MD?
Hi aroosa! Could you maybe tell me some reasons why SMU may be better than other Bulgarian med unis like pleven and Varna? I'm just really confused rn as to where I should apply.
Aroosa, do the university teachers give a list of recommended literature/materials for exam preparation? Or you can choose yourself which books you will read? I don't mean about entrance exam, just about subject exams when you are already a student of university.
Hi Aroosa, thank you soooo much for the information! This is gonna sound so silly, but in terms of phones, do you use the same phone that you had in the UK, or did you buy a new phone and sim contract in Bulgaria? Thank you so much! 😊
No question is silly love. I used the same phone from the UK but I did buy a Sim from Bulgaria as it was easier for me. However, I know a few students who have kept their contracts and use their data etc with their original sim card. I just think it is easier to have a BG Sim and when I go back home I just swap it :)
this sounds stupid, but how did you do your eyebrows in Bulgaria? Because my eyebrows get crazy hairy in like 2 weeks already. I dont trust myself to do my own eyebrows btw
I'm looking to apply to trakia, please do they offer good practical experience ,clinical rotations and hands on experience with patients? I'd really appreciate a reply😩
Are there any papers, books or links to prepare for medical school.... also any tips for preparation for medicine school in general and tips for the entrance exam......
Well clothes is a given you would bring your own from home. Definitely hair straighteners I would say because they're more expensive i find in bulgaria. Bedsheets and pots and pans etc me and my friends have all bought them from IKEA so no need to bring them over. Everyone gets home sick but you learn to adjust. Yes love everyone is in the same boat so everybody is open to making friends 🤗
Quick question, would you mind sharing which housing agency you used? I’m currently preparing myself to attend Sofia Medical University in the next academic year.
I think it is amazing that you're pursuing Medicine as a mature student. Don't let anything put you down, you should be proud of who you are and we are all human so we all have something in common
It isn't lucrative to apply to Medicine at all. If you consider the amount you spend studying, taking exams etc it is not worth it if you are just looking to make money. There are other jobs where you can make more money.
Hey Aroosa I’m taking the entrance exam for this year right and I know if I uses all the resources inshallah I should pass but one question how much do you need to have yearly like I need a final total number? Thanks
Hey Aroosa , thank you for the helpful video , I have a question about the exams in your university , are they written or oral exams ? I study in the Czech Republic and the exams for anatomy , biology , biophysics and most subjects are oral exams , I am wondering if is it the same in Bulgaria ? Thank you ❤️❤️❤️
Hi Aroosa, thank you for the detailed and very useful video. May I ask which agency you went through to get admission? Thanks in advance for the reply.
Hi Aroosa my son wants to go to Bulgaria there is quite few agencies offering us services but I really don’t know which one is legit can you recommend the best one thanks 🙏

@@mayaveselinova1562 IMO it's inaccurate "Nobody knows what will happen" 1.First of all, even if The UK leaves the EEA. Diplomas from outside the EEA are recognised as long as they meet the requirements as set out by the GMC. E.g. we have many Indian doctors, and india is not inside the EEA. As long as the degree meets the GMC requirements then it ok for it to be outside the EEA. 2. Also just because the UK leaves the EEA doesn't mean to say that the GMC will all of a sudden decide not to recognise Medical qualifications from EEA countries. The GMC recognises medical qualifications from countries all over the world as long as they meet the GMC standards and requirements. So even if it stopped the automatic recognition of the EEA qualifications (which it probably won't) Then the qualifications would still be recognised on the same basis that qualifications from outside the EEA are right now.
No sorry my love it is not possible. Each semester is 4000 Euros, that is 8000 Euros for one academic year for Sofia ,Plovdiv and Varna and 7000 Euros for Trakia and Pleven. However if you're within the EU, you may be able to get a loan from the bank ( However, Sofia medical university does not accept this, but I know Plovdiv does) if you contact the agency, link in the description they will be able to provide you with more information on that.
