They should give him the death penalty and give the victims family the date of his execution and not even tell him when his execution date will be so while he's in prison he constantly feels scared and nervous not knowing when the date and time of his execution will be

This guy shot a 15 year old North Hill football player. They were walking in opposite directions shortly after the defendant getting robbed by some white dude in a convenience store. The boys touched shoulders (victim Hill was wearing a plastic boot on his broken foot, while I’m sure affected his gait a bit). When victim Hill got to the corner to wait for the bus to go home and the perp turned and shot Hill 3 times.
