When changing pads go steady until the pad beds in to the disc. This can take a few miles. We change brake fluid at the customers request, but ideally it should be changed every 2 years.

Did they ever clean that bike in it's life? You can tell a lot of the state of the ride on who the rider is . 😝😝🤮🤮🤦♂🤦♂
