You mentioned the engine was a bit smoky, having missed some oil changes, so wouldn't it been a good idea to remove the engine and give it a freshen up?
So what exhaust system would you recommend for the fiesta ST150? I’ve had My little fiesta from new on a 57 plate and I’m toying with the idea of replacing the system complete. Excellent Video 👍
I’ve had loads over the years and in terms of my favourites; 1. Mountune (no drone at all and makes a great noise but hard to find) 2. Milltek (makes a great noise, tiny bit of drone bit definitely liveable) 3. Toyosport if you just want cheap noise! Cheap as but it’s very very loud and drones a lot! 😂
Hi Can't find the torque settings for the 8 bolts to resecure the front bumper bracket to the car, and the slam panel! Do you know them or where I can find them. love the Vid. Thanks

How much do you know about wiring? My fiesta kept blowing the GEM fuse and now it’s settled but ignition engages where as the clocks don’t and car then doesn’t start. However has full ignition ie windows/wipers etc

Interesting manifold. Never seen that used before. Did you get it remapped? PAS mod is a necessary mod for a trackcar anyway 👍

It's the genuine ford main dealer workshop manual mate! Only the engine section, about 90 pages, I'm sure it's online somewhere!

Does the exhaust manifold just slot in? Or did you need to move the engine or anything?
Usually you need to loosen the engine mounts and pull the engine forward a little!
How did you Manage to crack the crank nut pulley and tighten back up without having to lock the fly wheel?
It's not the best idea. You can easily broke the pin...
I removed the starter motor and locked the flywheel, was a pain to film though! 🤣
