I found your channel a week ago... my results are amazing, 67 yrs old, thyroid meds, 40 lbs. to loose,
HBP meds, cirrhosis from hep c and alcohol, fatty liver, INSULIN RESISTANCE, inflammation, LACK OF SLEEP, stress, etc.... I watch your videos for maybe 40 hours... I clean my fridge and pantry, ordered grass fed everything, stop snaking, lost 7 lbs pound of water weight, IF window 4 hours, no cravings, STOPPED ALCOHOL ON MONDAY,
Simple when I have a question you have a video on it!!! Dr.berg I will never thank you enough for

@@nicolecasavant5308 best of luck, Nicole! A subscriber turned me onto Dr. Berg. After watching a couple of his fasting videos I gave it a try.
I've fasted the past two Mondays. This is on top of, since about March 5, I completely changed my diet to mostly just eating salads and cereal with Almond Milk. But I do believe after every time I fast my body repairs itself a little more! I am sick of the chronic inflammation, that I believe is coming from my liver since the doctors could not figure it out (yet).
Since last March, I have lost about 35 pounds. It would have been more by now but I did not change my diet until March 2021. I was about 197 pounds March 5 and today I am 179 pounds. Diet is 80% of the battle!

I was recently diagnosed with Giant Cell Arteritis, which can cause permanent blindness. When they put me on Prednisone for the inflammation I had a heart attack. They did a Heart MRI and found that the lining of my heart has inflammation. I started learning as much as I can about how to fight inflammation naturally. I also have Multiple Myeloma Cancer and was on regular chemo drugs. When I started to treat the inflammation with a lot of supplements and anti-inflammatory foods, my cancer markets came down and they took me off the chemo drug. Most of the information I have found is through your videos. Thank you for sharing all this helpful information.

I have noticed in my short 45 years of life that when you have severe emotional trauma and physical trauma whether it's sexual abuse mental abuse emotional abuse or even an accident. Can create disease if you think of the word dis-ease. And as an example. Asthma. I have learnt that asthma is a state of suffocating yourself in a desperate yearning for love and acceptance. Always looking for others approval. So you are smothering yourself trying to get the love in all the wrong ways. That's just one very small example of how your emotions and your perception of yourself is affecting your own health. Whoever is reading this please have a great day and remember you are worth it just as much as me. Xoxo 💚 💜

I was watching this surgeon on YT the other day. Shame to say he is from my country so not an American. He was bragging about not giving his patients any health advice because it keeps him in business if people are ill and in need of intervention. But I believe he represents lot of doctors who think the same. I have been doing my own research on how to stay healthy and stay away from these poor excuses of what a true physician should be. I hope big pharma goes belly up as they have caused numerous new deathly diseases and human suffering with their drugs and vaccines. When all it takes is some natural remedy that has been around for ages. But what keeps them in business is people who don’t take care of their health and expect magic bullet to fix them. Too many unhealthy people everywhere and also why this fake pandemic was successful for them.

Went to my eye doctor a few months ago and we went over the scans of my eyes from a year prior to the current scan. He said the retinal arteries looked better/normal and he had a confused look in his face. I told him Keto. I don't think he believed me lol

I just went for my eye appointment today. My eyes improved so much I no longer need glasses. I’ve been wearing them for distance most of my life. I have been doing keto ( and intermittent fasting) since October of 2020 have lost 68 pounds. Inflammation drastically reduced. My rings are falling off, swelling gone, no joint pain, weened myself off blood pressure meds.
The eye doctor said “ I see on your chart you have high blood pressure....it must be very well managed by your medication because I see no hypertensive inflammation at all and I can usually see that in people with high blood pressure” another win for my ketogenic lifestyle. I will NEVER go back to eating the old way.
I’m telling you folks...get rid of the sugar, the grains, the bad oils, processed anything and you will be amazed at what healing your body is capable of.

Back to basics is also a way to understand health. all the stuff we ate around 1850 (before sugar was commercially available AND seed oils and stuff like crisco) kept us in very good health and only a fraction if at all of any health problems we suffer from today (overweight, diabetes, heart failure ,....)

I have had 5 ACL surgeries a total of 7 for one knee. Compressed spine ( lost about 1 1/4 in hight )and 1 fractured disk, 3 bulging disks. Pain in the hips from pushing through the US army with a bad knee ( being young not very smart ) and some other not so fun surgeries. Long story short being in ketosis around 2.2 ketone level. Brings my pain level way down, the best part I am more flexible with my back. At around 1.6 ketone level I am able to twist my back and release pressure and crack my back, however when I am not in ketosis I am more stiff and not able to crack and get my 5 minutes of happiness.... plus all the other ketogenic lifestyle benefits. I have been living in pain for the last 11 years. I have purposely went in and out of ketosis to see if that was for sure what was happening.

Boy that’s the truth. Now instead of telling a patient how to lower their blood sugar naturally there is a new PILL called “ GoLow”. So add that to your blood pressure meds, cholesterol meds....just sickening.
Except, we do have to realize that there are people who don’t WAnT to change anything, they just want to be given a pill and sent on their way.

I absolutely need to get inflammation under control. I was diagnosed with a precursor condition to cancer -- MGUS (FYI people this is a very common condition but just not tested for) and recently tests suggested that chronic inflammation damages blood stem cells... but the thing is... it doesn't seem like anyone really knows how to drop inflammation -- really. And even the blood tests for it aren't necessarily accurate...

Thanks for all your recommendation. Only one question: I have lost quite a lot of weight this last year, due to stress. I have been eating all kinds of junk food in big quantities in the hope to gain weight, which didn't do a thing. I came to my senses and am now eating still a lot, but healthy. Would it be good to start a keto diet, or fast? I can't believe that would be good for me. Do you have any recommendations?
