    The reason why we love this guy is at the toe stress test part, he’d have cut that part of video out, but he tells us how to fix it when sh*t happened. Respect bro!

    "I don't even know how these got so dirt..." No lies detected 😂
    Amazing work as usual man, always so thorough with the instructions, been trying to find out the peroxide % for home made sauce, everyone's keeping it a secret so I greatly appreciate that as well. What brand of finisher/varnish did you use, it came out amazing and doesn't seem to be tacky in any way which is very common with gloss.
    Also, thank you for showing and talking about the midsole texture, so many people bring me shoes that are really old or already damaged, and almost any form of paint removal causes this style of pitting no matter how careful you are. Many times I've had to explain to people it's gonna happen with these old pairs, and how time consuming and difficult it is painting, sanding, filling for hours and hours. 🤦‍♂

  • @tonybee1151
    @tonybee1151 ปีที่แล้ว

    Wow so amazing how they look as if they were in mud for years yet the soles never discolored or rotted amazing...if I was dumb I probably would think you were the best at this ..I mean but of course we both know this is cap tuh

    I remember a long time ago you said to mix the paint with the glue. Why you change it up now?

    • @johnandrew00
      @johnandrew00  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Theres a time limit how long I can have the glue out and exposed to the air. Not only do my brushes get caked with white glue, if I’m regluing a large area like the entire sole, I get uneven spots from using a paint brush.
      If it’s small areas I still mix the glue with paint.

    ok paint stripper should not go on foam or any soft surface materials because it can damage the material if it was applied also if you're using paint stripper using this on hard surface materials like metal that was painted

    • @johnandrew00
      @johnandrew00  ปีที่แล้ว

      That is true. I haven't had an issue with a paint stripper on newer soles. I just wanted to see how much damage it will cause on an older pair.

    • @IAmWhoSurrendersTheWorld
      @IAmWhoSurrendersTheWorld ปีที่แล้ว

      @@johnandrew00 its ok as long you don't use paint stripper on soft and thin materials because it could melt the material itself

  • @michaelfinch4183

    Why does most the shoes u clean were all soaked in mud? Is that some type of cleaning ritual like women do? Put mud mask on their face then clesn it all off?

  • @enay87
    @enay87 ปีที่แล้ว

    Ok now we know you put the mud on the shoes on purpose for content every shoes caked up wit mud. You know what I find so funny is when u say you don’t know what they did wit the shoes.
