Mate, coming back to visit EU and UK from China is like going to MORDOR. Seriously, how can you list only 4? Life in China is just better than the UK has EVER been. You can live, walk safely, not b robbed, stabbed, the streets arent full of junkies and drunks the parks arent full of rapists and paedophiles, you dont have to chain everything down to stop it being stolen. The people dont spend all their time talking about war, death, misery their hatred of elon musk and gates or whoever the hated is that day. Seriously the West is Mordor, dark, grey, shrouded in misery and darkness.

Millions were forced into camps, 1 million Tibetan, children being forced to leave home. Yes safe compared to most places but don’t get carried away. Where is Peng Shuai? Terrible treatment of such a star. No one cares though. All zombies.
Basically all China channels come down to one point: ‘I can walk freely after midnight.’ Yes like everyone else in virtually all places in the developed world . Obviously TH-cam geeks are full of high anxiety so they get scared but normal humans couldn’t care less.

My community is not as high end as this one but even so it is way better than living in England. We have a fairly good management system with quite a lot of local shops and services within the community. Public transport is right outside the entrance gate, and that is cheap to use and runs very frequently. A bus ride to the old city centre, about six miles is only 20 pence and if you miss a bus the next one is there in about 10 or 15 minutes. Cost of gas and electricity is also very cheap.

it is exaggerated much for that two developer in china, this is usual trick from western MSM, they over state and exaggerate small thing in an enemy country to serve their narrative, real easte is very small in chinese economy, it is only 4.5% of total GDP of china, while by contrast, it is like 23% of GDP of USA , and there are like thousands of real estate companies in china which are similar size to evergande and country garden, it is pretty much no impact on rest of real estate in china, but MSM in US painted it like chinese economy is collapsing right now due to these two , which is funny, the US market is the one with 90% office building empty and hundreds of real easte company shut down, this is not happening in china
also another thing is over 90% of people in china has already owned a property , they have their own housing already, most people in china do not need to buy a new housing, it is not important how the real easte market is doing, except for those investors , they make money in investing in the real easte
also, this is inside a gated residential apartment complex, it is not an open street area , you do not expect to see many people outside a building during the working days, people are either staying inside their home or went to work, let alone as he said in video, this is cold day, it is not your country, where full of hm lss wandering around all conner of cities

It's a lot easier to teach in China than in their own home country where one has to do an intensive teaching course at teaching college before being allowed to teach. So much money being spent by the Chinese parents to get their kids to learn an English language, that 60% ended up below the standard.
