First one is better because second one is on a lower floor and the construction can be noisy and dusty. One concern with the first one is kitchen opposite bathroom, not good feng shui, fire facing water. Conflicts in household and possible stomach issues. Way to alleviate is to hang a long curtain on the bathroom door to block it.

This apartment is relatively cheap because it is on the outskirts of the city. In hot downtown area the price can easily double. In major cities this price range is typically lower end for decent places, either the location is remote, or room is small, or condition really poor. Lower than this you start getting into slums.

    1. I am no expert on real estate prices in Hangzhou, but I would say the appartment is overpriced considering local average salary
    2. Washing machine on the balcony? Wtf? Why?
    3. The appartment is rather small.. Does it really have to be divided in two floors? Makes no sense to me. Appartments like this should fit on a single floor imho.
