If you don't wanna go for an overkill, I recommend Asus Rog Strix G15 with 1660Ti graphics card, 16 GB RAM, core i7. The price is around ~1100 USD. I used it for ABAQUS simulation for 1-yr before handing it down to my brother who is a Mech student. This laptop stands at a sweet spot for price and quality.
However, if you can pay a little bit extra go for Asus Rog Zephyrus g14 2022 version. It's the best laptop of 2022.

Honestly when I was doing my internship in a company which is a research and development they work on ansys workbench and hypermesh, i know a guy who has a i7 8th gen hp laptop, no graphics card, the only pro is if you have a graphics card the simulation for ansys will be fast compared to a laptop which doesn't have one, it won't really take too much of time. Even my guide over their is a team lead runs ansys and hypermesh in his 6 or 7 year old laptop which doesn't have a graphics card. I own a del G3 3500 i5 10th gen, 1tb hdd, 256gb ssd(currently 500gb ssd), nvidia 1650, upto 4.3 clock speed. You can go with the nvidia 2050 graphics card. Best option would be asus tuff or Lenovo, dell is good but little high budget.
