That’s not true. This data is fairly easy to obtain through a Google search. MBB firms in the US pay a base salary of $195K to fresh business school hires. With a bare minimum bonus of ~30 to 40K, the salary starts to touch the mid 200K range. With an up or out culture, salary jumps happen every two years till you become a partner within 8 years. I know this because I am with an MBB firm in the US.

Based on my knowledge where I work with Mkinsey folks in my own job, the young folks make less than 120K, with 6 to 7 years work ex they get around 200 to 250 and how you perform etc., and then partners obvioisly make Millions but that take atleast more than 10 years of work ex.

Based on my knowledge where I work with Mkinsey folks in my own job, the young folks make less than 120K, with 6 to 7 years work ex they get around 200 to 250 and how you perform etc., and then partners obvioisly make Millions but that take atleast more than 10 years of work ex.
@@sneha......... You are completely right about the young ones. What I meant is for those who graduated from M 10 Colleges. Base salary is around 160-175k but if we include performance bonus then it goes around 200k. If we look at purely the base salary then you are completely right. Just that those guys didnt tell you how much fat check they get as performance bonus.
