What you renting and how much does the rent cost you ?
Whats good for your gut is removing the milk and the gluten for your breakfast, try soja milk and oatmeal or pancakes with oat/rice flour, no need to torture yourself with the hot lemon water

What is strategy consuming? I always wonder why highly paid exec need strategy consultants. They need to know their job or, if not, they should step away.

consulting here means business/management consulting (from finance to pharma to similar high level industries). it is nothing like travel consulting- they are completely two different careers

Got up at 6:15. Left home at 7:30 am. She doesn't have time to eat peacefully, to do the basic thing in life, and seems mesmerised by the fanciness of her office. Money is fine but what kind of stressful life is this?

In the UK, life is tough. The worst thing is realising at retirement age, you have worked for NOTHING.

Lucky if you own a house or apartment
Your locality has got worse in terms of overcrowding, traffic jams, noise, pollution, parking problems, extortionate taxes, rip off rents, dirty streets , long, painful waits in emergency departments, unable to see a doctor but directed to a chemist or car mechanic etc.
So while Indians are coming to work in the UK, UK educated people are emigrating to better run countries. Unfortunately, many Indians, realise that life is very hard in the UK and will get worse as the nation sinks into poverty

Depending on which company you work for, management consultants work around 60 hours a week on average
In Mumbai most people work a lot later, travel a lot more, get paid a lot less.
Very few know what Work-life balance even means.

The experience you gain working as a management consultant is worth the schedule.
Sir in uk you are committing for 37.5 max a week.. if your colleague is working 60/70 hours a week she is trying to disturb the dynamics of people around her as well. I do work as a consultant and one of the principal I put down is self discipline..

It's a clean city,good pay but believe me it sucks the life out of you.
Normal,even medium paying jobs in south Asia are far far better in work/ life balance.
You will be sued by the metro travelers as you captured them on your camera/ phone without seeking their consent. Please be mindful you live in a country were rights like seeking permission is not just civic sense, as well it can cost you a legal case.!

Your job is utterly pointless and your whole existence in your company is only justified in terms of the client paying Accenture more than they pay you. Once you realise how immediately replaceable you are and how little your employer actually values you, you will leave.
