How long is the boat from the front hitch to the back of the motor? Also how wide is the deck?

60 HP is max.. I have a 60 hp four stroke on mine

Put a 35 hp mud drive on it and look out . I've seen old mini airboats reworked into a similar idea in Louisiana Bayou Gauche region .
