Good idea. This really should be done regularly by the owner of any shop. I absolutely hate it when I go into a local shop and I know more about the item I want to purchase. On the other hand. I don't mind spending a little extra if the guy or girl across the counter can tell me something new or interesting.
Would have liked to hear from the lady who shot for the first time to get her thoughts before and after shooting. It is always nice getting new shooters thoughts about the sport.
Great idea and looks like a fun day had by all. I would love to have been able to experience something like this as I've spent quite a lot on new air guns in my short time in the hobby (SMK CP2, HW40, HW97K, HW100KT, RM8 UC, R10 TH) over the last few months. It would be great to get to spend some hands on time with the guns before laying down the kind of money that some of them demand. One potential addition for me would be the AGT Vulcan 2 Tactic but to find one in stock is a bit of a challenge in itself, let alone be able to try one out.
Hi Andy.I’ve loved watching this! What a great a great video. I’ve already said to the boss that the Vulcan 3 will be my second gun purchase😁 Thanks again and Atvb👍🏻😀
A great video and them that sell them just goes the show the ones they like and reflected back to the customer and any questions the can answer, to many dealers can not answer because they do not shoot
Super video as ever Andy. Disappointingly on its very first air fill, my AGT Vixen from VA is failing to retain pressure and has lost 100 bar in only 30 hours or so. I’ll be in touch with VA tomorrow to see what they do under warranty. I’m very disappointed as I bought after watching your rave review of the Vixen.
Would of loved to attend such an event , I have a collection of guns from very budget to high end and I get as much pleasure from the budget guns as I do from the high end ones , my latest purchase is a Daystate alpha wolf, I was expecting great things from it but the first time at the range it developed a fault with the safety catch it wouldn’t fully disengage so it would fire and sometimes wouldn’t, very embarrassing so it has gone back to the factory for investigation, hopefully it will perform better when I get it back
Well done I think all shooting rangers in this country should do a free open days to the local community. Hopefully it would help the range with support from the local community remove any fear around safe gun use in that community. Bing in newcomers as well as promote the sport as much as possible. How know the next would champion that has never shot a gun or considered shooting could be standing in line ready to have that first go then walk away with that big first smile.
Love your show Andy,i have a large collection of air rifles and have been shooting for some 45 years now and by far the best gun i have ever owned is the agt uragan long in .22 awsome in every way
They certainly used to be. I own a RAW TM1000 in .177 (sub 12ft/lb) and it is the definition of a tack driver. I shoot HFT with it. 8mm 5 shot groups at 45 yards from prone are achievable if I'm having a good day, and the pellets are suited to the rifle...and the wind's behaving. (JSB Exact 8.44 gn pellets) But I bought mine new in 2017, when they were hand built, well before the company was sold to AirForce. Since then I have heard some disappointing tales with regards to quality control once AirForce put it into mass production. But build quality, accuracy and reliability on mine are all top notch.
I bought the GX40 kit from Vector Air after doing research and watching your videos have purchased several guns and equipment from them and happy with the service. So just like to say thanks to you for what you do with the reviews and information you provide and the time you put in ..
RTI. I had one was good but it BLOWs air out the back were you put the pellet in the barrel ie next to were ur head is.The blow back is very loud and it hurts ur ear it dose it only now and then and another guy had this too.I sold it as going deaf is a no no ,I got a fx maverick that was Like shooting a shot gun loads of stray pellets sold that got second hand steyr pro x love it shoots great works well and shoots pellet on pellet only misses when my aim is off
Hi Andy, most excellent show thank you . Lots of very hard work . Fantastic shooting range . Yes it's great to try out different rifles etc .. thank you Simon Noble from York 😎
What a wonderful way to spend a sunny Sunday with family and friends it is a lot of fun . Every once in awhile I have a friend stop by my private range and I get the same smiley faces when they learn about air guns coming from the powder burner world and one of the first questions after is where do I get one 😂😂. And then I give them the resources on where they can get one it is so much fun. and thank you for another wonderful video keep up the good work👍
AAR On Air - Possibly the greatest ‘box set’ to view on line ever! Driving wanton consumerism, so much so I bought a Beretta 92FS Nickel/Wood this week 😂. What you guys evoke is fantastic…. Question is, what to buy next week??
You know , ive been thinking , wouldn't it be fantastic if someone ( more likely a conglomeration ) organised an Airgun show , strictly for airguns and related accessories , especially as this year BSS was devoid of airgun " goodies " I reckon the likes of Andy ( AAR ) Giles ( AirGunGear show ) Mat Manning ( AirGunShow ) and I dare say a few others , could get a few manufacturers AND retailers onboard ... even if they had to rent out a field .. to make it worthwhile ... well , I know ive made it sound a bit makeshift , but I think most get my drift Question is , would YOU attend?
That was pretty amazing to see the people behind the counter taking part od their product to get to know what they are selling quite an amazing encounter i believe... maybe this should be done on a quarterly basis just to keep the sales associates on their toes about all the new kit they get in daily, weekly, monthly etc. etc. Keep it up Andy👊🏼
I wish you would be a bit more honest to be fair. If a gun is rubbish then say so instead of sitting on the fence. I still enjoy watching and will continue to do so.
What a great video! I would give just about anything for a local airgun shop like Vector Air. I'm stuck with big box stores and their limited inventory. I do own a Gamo Swarm of the older versions, and it is quite a fun and accurate springer. I bought the Springfield Armory M1A after watching your review, and I do love it too.
..... Well, not the usual offering from you, Andy, ...... &, wasn't it great!!!! I really loved that, &, if you want to do it again, and are going to invite viewers of your channel/feed, please, put my name in the hat,.... { Specially if there is chance of a rabbit coming home with me, for dinner!!! } Great video, loved it!!!
A great video Andy, lots of classy rifles to drool over, it makes me a little sad my hunting days are over with such quality kit on the market, keep up the good work 👍👍
in all fairness, this was a first time out with the RAW’s and I am working closely with the U.K. importers to get them improved so they will be as good as they can be in the U.K. market and subject to the reduced power restrictions that apply here. I am pleased to say the importers are being very helpful, which can only be good news for the potential future customers out there….watch this space. Stay safe. Andy.
to be fair, If i went to a gun shop to buy a pcp, I would expect these guys to know what they are talking about and know the guns they are selling. I am surprised this is an exceptional l event, I go to these dealers for advice. I appreciate what you are doing, and the participation the the staff, but........ This is not something new. these people should have experience of what they are talking about else its just ....... conjecture (nice way of saying it) I don't mean to be negative, but IMHO it is a reasonable assumption.
Great video, it's always fun introducing normies (affectionate term for anyone who is not as obsessive about any hobby or even subject as you are that allows you to pontificate for a while) to shooting. My sons have in the last couple of years reached an age where I can introduce them to both archery and air rifle target shooting. We're lucky that our backyard provides a safe, short range, range and it has been fun letting the boys and their friends loose (given that supervised in never fully loose) with my rifles. They're all at least 15 years old, even my Webley is a Birmingham Longbow with a venom spring kit fitted. I should say, I've had a gap of over ten years in shooting while I had kids and got them to an age where they can handle an air rifle, I paid literally no attention to the market at all. Introducing the boys to shooting has led me back to the idea that maybe I need to grab rifles for them, likely a couple of meteor silentiums to start with, if their handling testing at one of our local gun shops is anything to go by, which leads my ramble to its point - it's great to see the staff gaining experience of the stock, that leaves them far better able to advise the customers which could be normies themselves. Glad to see a good time was had by all, it's almost as if sensible shooting is actually a fun hobby, rather than something only lunatics participate in.
Great video again. Personally speaking, I really look forward to your Friday reports and reviews. The only criticism I would make is that they very often cost me money🤣🤣🤷♂️ but hey, I do enjoy the sport so win win. Again thanks, keep up the good work.👍👍
Good idea. This really should be done regularly by the owner of any shop. I absolutely hate it when I go into a local shop and I know more about the item I want to purchase.
On the other hand. I don't mind spending a little extra if the guy or girl across the counter can tell me something new or interesting.
The BEST air gun show on the net thank you, luv it, take care
Would have liked to hear from the lady who shot for the first time to get her thoughts before and after shooting. It is always nice getting new shooters thoughts about the sport.
Yes bet you would
@@michaelholt7963 nudge nudge wink wink lol
Got a uragun king of these guys 2 week ago and its best gun iv had plus 1000 + shots on one fill
7:20 Nice to see Carl Walther himself partaking in the day. Well done, Andy!!! 🤣🤣
A great video, but the thing I got most from it?.... I need to get me some paintballs to use as targets! Love that idea. Thanks for sharing!
Brilliant video.. thanks Andy for all your hard work..and well done to vector air.. keep safe all and have a great weekend.. 😁👍👍👍👏

This is what I'm talking about pip had a go likes to and then jumped in and now is in the fold.
Not bothering to leave a will then 😂😂😂
Keep doing what your doing, I look forward to your videos. And like to hear your opinion on your test subjects 👍👍
I agree I bought the Vixen, Vulcan 3 then Uragan King from Vector Air, all superbly accurate my order of favourites Vulcan 3, Uragan King then Vixen
What a great way to get to the end user what the seller has to offer
Hi Andy.I’ve loved watching this! What a great a great video.
I’ve already said to the boss that the Vulcan 3 will be my second gun purchase😁
Thanks again and Atvb👍🏻😀
Great video! I love the AGT'S, have a uragan long in .25 and a V3 700mm in .22
Hands down the best air rifles currently on the market 🤟
A great video and them that sell them just goes the show the ones they like and reflected back to the customer and any questions the can answer, to many dealers can not answer because they do not shoot

Agree AGT Makes great guns....uhh...got 5. Might have an addiction 😬
Looked like a fun day at the range. Enjoy your channel
So, what was the issue with the RAW's? I was under the impression that they were outstanding in the accuracy department.
They certainly used to be. I own a RAW TM1000 in .177 (sub 12ft/lb) and it is the definition of a tack driver. I bought the GX40 kit from Vector Air after doing research and watching your videos have purchased several guns and equipment from them and happy with the service.
So just like to say thanks to you for what you do with the reviews and information you provide and the time you put in ..
If Vector air ever have a 50% day on AGT’s then put me down for a Vulcan 3 !!
Wish we lived closer together! Would love to get out and shoot with you!

I want to purchase a Springfield M4 pellet rifle. How accurate is it?
Andy, have the likes of Air Arms, Daystate and fx had their day with your channel, seems they have gone very quiet just now..
Great idea, as close to real world reviews as you can get. 👍
Keep up the great work Andy ,you and your team produce brilliant video's 👍

Cracking video, keep up the good work both AAR and Vector Air👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

All the best arigun name
Loved it
As always a great and informative vid. Still would of liked to of seen more of the day but only because it looked like a great giggle lol.

What a great video
These guys delivered my vixen long 177 last week I've still not used it yet any recommendations for a range I'm located in Birmingham by NEC
Hi, try the Greyhound Gun Club, not too far away in Coventry. One of the best in the area.
@@johnsalt1800 went there today the lads are sound I spent most my day setting up my vixen and learning from the guys
Great video again. Personally speaking, I really look forward to your Friday reports and reviews. The only criticism I would make is that they very often cost me money🤣🤣🤷♂️ but hey, I do enjoy the sport so win win. Again thanks, keep up the good work.👍👍
where was FX???
Hi

That was a break from the norm and could have been twice as long I can’t believe there was no rivalry on the day though it’s only natural.

Good morning dear brother
